I'm Heather! The owner and lead photographer of Captured Perspective Photography. Since middle school I've aspired to be a photographer. Fast forward just a few years, and here we are. I am following my childhood dreams and couldn't be happier. I've needed to make photography a part of my life. Always!

A little more about me. For years, grabbing my camera and taking photos was a hobby. Detailing our life frame by frame. Yet, I knew this hobby had so much more intention and purpose than for just us.

Following your dreams in photography takes A LOT of practice. I started taking pictures of our kiddos. Then, close friends with their families...over and over again. Soon after, I discovered that my true passion lied in wedding photography. I started working closely with a few photographer friends that taught me the that following your dreams in Wedding Photography takes way more than the hobby I had practiced with our friends. The anticipation, the emotions, the preparation. I loved everything about it! And couldn't wait to get into wedding photography.

I put my heart, work ethic + energy into photography. I'm experienced and organized. You can count on me for keeping us on schedule, while we work through your day from start to finish. When it comes down to the essentials, I'll work to document your celebration, just as you envisioned. All while having fun
