Captured Moments Photography is a wedding photography company based in Manhattan, Kansas. I work with couples throughout the local areas of Manhattan, Salina, Topeka, Junction City, Wichita, and Lawrence, Kansas, but also travel to Nebraska, Colorado, Missouri and Oklahoma, and New Mexico. I can photograph intimate weddings, longer events, or provide two photographers for intensive coverage of weddings. The products and albums I offer are high quality and intended to last generations.. Captured Moments Photography utilizes a combination of photojournalism and traditional styles of photography to document each wedding. Our photographs have a timeless appeal.
Experience
Kristen Schweitzer, the owner and photographer, attends professional conferences and workshops annually to enhance her photography skills. The company has been a full-time business since 2008, and has been part of the Kansas wedding industry for more than ten years.

Kristen with Captured Moments is fabulous and so much fun to work with. She will help you create amazing photos and does a great job of capturing a photo journalistic view of your day.
Kristen is the photographer for Bellus Academy photo shoots and their special events. I met her the day of the fashion photo shoot for the MUD makeup artistry class I took. She always has a smile on her face and she does her work tirelessly and creatively. Even at the end of a really long photo shoot day she is still giving the same attention and energy to each new set. She possesses a uniqe combination of serenity and energy. She is an artist with an eye for detail and works collaboratively. She is supportive of all the students. She is a positive, highly professional force in the fashion, portrait, bridal, professional, and editorial photography world.
