Calypso Farm is a beautiful event space for weddings in Fairbanks, Alaska. This working crop, flower, and sheep farm offers a beautiful space to make your big day one of a kind. The grounds offer a reception site to eat, drink, and dance. All proceeds from events go towards Calypso’s educational programs, helping budding agriculturalists learn and develop their skillset. Whether you’re planning a nature-inspired intimate elopement or simply want some privacy for your big day, Calypso Farm offers everything you need to make your day truly unforgettable.

Facilities and Capacity

Calypso Farm offers both open and covered outdoor areas to host your dream wedding event. The main event space is comprised of a two-tiered terrace. The upper level of the terrace features two large tents which will be set up for your big day. This offers rain protection and space for approximately 60 guests. The lower terrace features a 30-foot yurt with wood floor and stove, as well as an open space for dancing, fire pits, games, and more. Because of weather conditions, events are only open at Calypso Farm from June through September.

Calypso Farm offers comprehensive wedding services for couples of every style and budget. The event staff will meet with you to discuss your vision and determine a package that is right for you. Calypso Farm can provide farm-fresh produce for your meal, as well as floral arrangements through Calypso Floral. You can also rent tablecloths, heaters, and grills for your event.

Cuisine

Calypso Farm allows for outside or self-catering, however they encourage couples to incorporate Calypso’s farm fresh produce into the wedding meal.
