Calcasieu is James Beard Award-winning Chef Donald Link's event space in the Warehouse District. Calcasieu is conveniently located on the second floor of Cochon and just two blocks from the Convention Center; its three private dining rooms combine a New Orleans warehouse feel with modern design, creating the perfect backdrop for any type of gathering.
In the style of Link’s established restaurants, Herbsaint, Cochon Butcher, Peche, and Cochon, Calcasieu showcases contemporary Louisiana cuisine, great wines, and excellent service. It accommodates private events for 10 to 160 guests for seated meals or up to 250 guests for cocktail receptions.
