Cakes by Stefanie fulfilled our wish! All 200 guests (and the staff) loved the 4 tier strawberry cheesecake at our wedding.

We had a small, informal wedding with dinner after at a lakeview restaurant in Coeur d'Alene. We were doing Ironman Coeur d'Alene 3 days after the wedding, so we didn't want a typical wedding cake. I sent an Ironman logo to Stefanie and she made an "M-Dot" groom's cake for us in the race color. My sister picked up the cake at Stefanie's new shop which worked out great. It was vanilla chai spice cake with chai spice buttercream frosting layer that tasted amazing. Everyone loved it and we even had another triathlete come and take a picture of it, so he got a piece and so did the kitchen staff because everyone was fascinated by it! She has some great and original flavors to choose from. I only wish we had gotten to try them all, since we came in from Texas. Highly recommend!
