Debra was excellent. She had samples of cake available for testing as well as different frosting as well so we could do different combinations. She encouraged us to make each of our three layers different since there were so many choices of cake and frosting. She might operate from her home but it was all very professional and very good quality of work. Our cake was beautiful and very tasty too. We saved the top layer of our wedding cake in the freezer and when we took it out for our first anniversary a few weeks ago it still tasted great! The cake was at Shining Waters when we arrived for the reception so I have no complaints.
