Wonderful job! Our cake was delicious and she did a great job taking our ideas of different cakes and put them together into one to make our beautiful cake. We also ordered rose shaped mints and they were amazing as well.

It's been a while back but I just came across this place to leave reviews. Brenda has made several cakes for me including my wedding cake. We went with her originally because she came recommended and was the cheapest (we were on a tight budget). That being said this is one place where you get WAY more than you pay for!!!! The cake was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and tasted FANTASTIC!!! She took the different pictures of ideas I sent her, the flowers I wanted on the cake and came up with an amazing creation that was both simple and elegant, exactly what I wanted. She is an artist with her craft. I would HIGHLY recommend her work. Since then I've order a couple birthday cakes, a baby shower cake and just ordered by daughters first birthday cake from her today.

Brenda makes cakes out of her home and is just a small business, but she does a FABULOUS job!! She was able to recreate designs on the wedding cake from pictures that we showed her and they were amazing; we were very impressed with her decorating skills. The cake was moist and had great flavor. Brenda was willing to try different flavors and did a great job, even though some of the flavors were new to her. Her pricing is very reasonable...we spent $400 on a 3-tier cake, a groom's cake, and sheet cake, enough to feed 350 people. I highly recommend her, and not just for wedding cakes, but also for cookies and other desserts.

Brenda helped save the day, when our previously booked bakery cancelled our order a few weeks before the wedding. The cake was beautiful, delicious, and less than half the cost of the previous bakery. Would highly recommend Brenda!

Ok...So I never bought a WEDDING cake from her but I have got my Gender Reveal Cake...my Baby Shower Cake...my son's Baptism Cake...his 1 and 2 year birthday cakes..my boyfriend's Steeler's birthday cakes and many more...ALL OF HER CAKES TASTE AMAZING AND EVEN MAKE MY CAR SMELL SWEET AND AMAZING TOO!! She is THE BEST decorator and I have turned my family onto her for ALL of their cake needs.

I ordered my sister's two tier baby shower cake from Brenda. I gave her the name of the theme & told her to do whatever she wanted just to make it cute. She made it above & beyond my expectations. it was beautiful & full of fun little details. matching the party favors Exactly not to mention the cake was DELICIOUS! the strawberry is my favorite. It was ready ontime, & very reasonably priced. I will go through her for all my decorated cake needs. VERY satisfied customer here :) Thank you Brenda!

I used Cakes by Brenda for my wedding at The Barn at Grace Hill in Newton. It was so convenient having the cake delivered the day of and not having to worry about pick up & transport.

Brenda bakes these amazing cakes out of her house! I was skeptical at first, but she showed me pictures that brides had brought in to her and then compared them to pictures of the cake she produced.. they looked identical! So did mine! I brought her a picture from the internet of a cake I wanted and she was able to recreated it perfectly! And it tasted wonderful too! I would recommend her to anyone!
