Our wedding cake was absolutely incredible! We ordered a wedding cake to look like birch wood, and so many people gave us compliments and told us how real it looked. We LOVED it and it was exactly what we were looking for. It also tasted AMAZING. Highly recommend! Jamie ensured everything was perfect not only with the cake, but the whole cake table.

Jamie was amazing from Cake A Fare. She was responsive to email and so helpful and accomadating. Our cake was a huge hit with our guests and tasted amazing!

I went to every bridal show in Reading after I got engaged, which means a LOT of cake tasting. Cake a Fare was the best out of all the cakes I tried. We met with Jamie and explained what we wanted and she gave us our options. She told us we could have any flavor we wanted and she made it happen. When we showed up on our wedding day everything was perfect and exactly the way we wanted it, and the cupcakes were delicious!

From the cake tasting to the final product we could not be happier! This place has it all...taste, style, creativity! the bottom line is did our guests like it? Everyone raved about the 3 flavors we chose! Yum!

Jamie is phenomenal! We LOVED our cakes. They were by far the most gorgeous we've seen and everyone raved about the taste! She did a beautiful classic white with elegant black detail, fresh flowers, and bling for our main cake.... and crafted an extremely tasteful and awesome Darth Vader grooms cake as a surprise for my husband! Soo thankful to her! We'll be buying again for many celebrations ... and when we are just in the mood for the taste of her fantastic creations!

We loved our wedding cake! We had five different flavors which were all fabulous and our guests just raved about how good the cake was! :)

Cake a Fare made my small two layer wedding cake and 180 cupcakes for my wedding. Jamie was very quick to respond to emails or phone calls. We went in to taste cake flavors and talk about my vision. Everything was delicious which made it very hard to pick flavors. We went with 4 different flavors of cupcakes and 2 flavors for the cakes one with a phenomenal fresh strawberry amaretto cream filling. The guests raved about how awesome they tasted! I had a personal vision for how my cake table was to be setup and provided different levels for everything to be setup on and it looked absolutely perfect the day of the wedding. 100% would recommend anyone who wants to love their cake to go to Cake a Fare!

Jami did an amazing job with our cake. We had a lighthouse "theme" and had asked her to do a light house shaped cake and she asked for a picture to base it off of and she nailed it! We were very happy with the outcome. The taste was to die for. It was great. We had so many compliments on the look and taste of the cake. We stuck with buttercream icing and cookies n cream filling. It was so good. The price was great being it was specially made for us she still just charged by slice. The cake turned out wonderful and actually bigger then we had expected. We ended up with a lot left so the top is in the freezer and we enjoyed a piece after our honeymoon as well. My parents also enjoyed it the week after our wedding and shared it in the building they live in so my dad could return the pieces.

Beautiful and great tasting. Recommend the red velvet cake with cheese cake center. Guests are already requesting I bring it to future parties.
