Where do I even start???? We planned our daughters wedding during COVID and we lost four separate venues due to insurance and restrictions. We finally made the decision to have a back yard wedding and of course immediately thought of Whalen Tent. Thank God we did!!!! We called and worked with the owners to make arrangements for a tent, tables, chairs and a Bouncey House. The process could not have been easier! They completely supported everything we wanted and needed to host this once in a life time event. Being new at planning such an intricate event, we made many changes to the tent, the tables, the date of arrival etc..... Through the whole process, Whalen Tent was so very kind, supportive, pleasant and amazingly professional.
The day the tent arrived, it was pristine, the gentlemen setting up the tent were so very helpful and to be truthful, the whole experience made us feel as though they were planning a party for our family, but they did it as if it was for their family, with all the courtesy and care that someone would do for someone they love! A few days before the wedding, the owners contacted me and said they were watching the weather for our event and wanted us to have a heater for the tent in case it got cold. In a world where corporate business sometimes makes us feel like a number, we were made to feel as though our event was just as dear to the owners of Whalen Tent, as it would be if they were planning for their own family. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. Every part of the experience with them was wonderful!! Thank you!!!!!!

We rented our tent, tables, chairs and dance floor from Whalen's for our outdoor wedding reception. Pricing was very reasonable and they were very flexible to work with when it came to adding a few things here and there. Tracy was very helpful with the different questions we had. They came on a Tuesday to set the tent and floor up to give us enough time to figure out how we wanted to decorate and set up tables. They showed up on Sunday afternoon to take everything down and pack up. I would recommend Whalen's if you need to rent anything from a tent to chairs to a dance floor!

C W Whalen was my first and only choice for our wedding rentals. The setup team was quick and professional and took down just as efficiently. The team made great recommendations for what we needed and even allowed me to make changes up until the week of. The tables, linens, and chairs were comfortable and well maintained and the tent itself was beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend the popcorn and snow cone machines, they were a hit! I couldn’t imagine using anyone else!
