We had great service. My husband got my engagement ring from there and got a great ring for his money. I had a few problems with the setting and they were more than willing to take care of it for me, even gave me a loaner ring. We got my wedding bands from there and my husbands ring (which we got for about $900 less than what Kay Jewlers wanted). We will def. keep shopping there.
