Tasha is an amazing vendor to work with while planning your wedding. She brings the expertise, and eases the process to ensure you have the amount of food for a price that is within your budget. She helped us tweak our cocktail hours several weeks in advance, speaking to her flexibility. We each ate our entire meal at the reception... and the left overs afterwards! Cannot speak highly enough about BDC.

We are so fortunate that we got to work with By Design for our wedding at the Fountain of Youth. Tasha and Marshall make a great team. They coached us through the whole process and they were extremely easy to work with.

Hiring By Design catering was probably the best decision I made during the whole planning process. Tasha was so wonderful and made my special day so seamless and easy, i literally didnt have to worry about anything as soon as she showed up.

I got asked by many of my guests who my caterer was because the food was so delicious. She thought of everything, even setting aside a special plate for my husband and I because we couldn't get to the food before it was already being devoured (who knew it would be so hard to eat at your own wedding)

My menu choice for my reception was beef tenderloin, roasted garlic chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans, with pre plated salads. My cocktail hour menu was a salsa bar, shrimp with grits, and meatballs. My guests raved about both menus and the staff! Such a great caterer for an affordable price!

By Design Catering knocked it out of the park! They catered my son's Rehearsal Dinner. I requested fresh, off the dock that day, grouper. And, boy did they deliver! The fish was so delicious! I asked it to be blackened and I don't know what their secret spices were, but it was soooo good! My son loved it! That was the goal! He is a fisherman and knows his fish well. So, it was important that it be to his standard - which is pretty high. Tasha and Marshall are amazing to work with. They are pleasant, professional, and caring about making your event special. Their serving staff and bartenders were also top notch. It was a great evening! I would highly recommend their services if the quality of your meal and the service is something that is important to you. They will not disappoint!

Tasha and her team did our Welcome Party for 80 people buffet style and our wedding cocktail hour, 210 guests sit down served dinner, and a late night pass. Everyone loved their food and service! Excellent service, excellent food, and excellent bartenders. Our guests wanted for nothing! They were perfect!
