I’m a do-it-yourself type of person and thought I would be doing most of my wedding details on my own with family and friends, but my fiancé (now husband) and I ended up choosing a small restaurant for our wedding ceremony and reception, and while the restaurant was fabulous, they could not provide extra staffing or services for setting up/breaking down our ceremony and reception or helping with day of coordination. That’s where Brooke and her team came in.

Brooke is so knowledgeable, she gave us great tips and ideas. She had a layout for both the Ceremony and Reception along with a detailed timeline of events and kept the night moving along flawlessly. She and her team were Life Savers!!

We had the pleasure of having Brooke Ward Events for Coordination and Florals. Brooke and Pattie were on top of everything on our wedding day, they had everything controlled and on time. Patti taught us so much about the significance of small details that made some moments special during a busy day. Brooke was so great, she listened to what was important to us and even joined us for a song on the dance floor. Brooke was unbelievable during our planning time, she was organized and reminded me of things, her itinerary was thoughtfully created and made the entire planning process so smooth and stress free. Selecting the right vendors is crucial because so much time, effort and money goes to this very important day and we were so blessed to have meet Brooke and getting to know her as a person made everything she did for us even that more memorable.
