Our whole experience, from the choosing the setting, receiving advice about metals, choosing the stone for the setting was exemplary. We could not have been happier with the outcome. The ring is absolutely gorgeous!! The service was warm and knowledgeable. Not the usual jewelry store service, where you feel rushed and not appreciated as a customer.Sent on 06/22/2010
I would highly recommend this to any one.

Very easy to work with. When they didn't have the wedding bands we wanted in their showcase, they worked with us to special order exactly what we wanted. They also provided excellent service for the groomsmen's presents, offering store credit for something that was very much our mistake, not theirs. They did excellent work re-stringing a 5-string antique pearl necklace, and did it quickly in time for the wedding.Sent on 10/15/2007
A nice, although not unusual, perk is they will clean your rings for free, even if you did not purchase them there.

One of the jewelers, Adam, took a lot of time to listen to us and to help us develop a custom wedding ring. The area where Burque's falls short, though, is the other staff members' lack of expertise and poor communication. Twice we came into the store to follow up on the custom design when Adam was unavailable, and no one else knew how to help us. In addition, when my husband brought his wedding ring back to be resized a few weeks before the wedding, they used a type of vice to squish it instead of properly resizing it. Now his wedding band is flat on one side, and we will be taking it to another jeweler to have it fixed.Sent on 06/03/2010
