I knew right from the get-go that if I was going to do a dessert buffet, I wanted macarons from Bryanna's on the table. I was also interested in getting a simple cake and other sweets so we tried a dozen cake flavors (easily the most fun part of the planning process) and settled on the raspberry lemon. The process was so simple, the portions were generous, and the sweets, like everything at Bryanna's, were absolutely delicious! We enjoyed them for several days afterwards. This place is truly a gem and I am so glad we chose to go with Jose at Bryanna's. Our four tiered cake was very unique but yet simple. We chose to do three different flavors - Chocolate chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, and vanilla with vanilla and strawberry filling. I honestly cannot even pick a favorite. They were all so great, I had a piece of each flavor my wedding night! We had so many compliments on how delicious it was. The vanilla with vanilla and strawberry filling was just out of this world. The strawberries in the filling are fresh and delicious and a good size.

Jose is happy, kind, and hard working. His bakery is small but full of so many treats that each perfectly and delicately done. I will definitely continue conducting business with him for birthdays, parties, or just a morning treat! I can't wait to indulge in my cake topper that we froze. : ]

Excellent cake!! Made to order from scratch by a real professional. Great value, easy to work with, very accommodating. We highly recommend Brianna's for any occasion. His store front has great treats too.
