Bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were perfect, and she was just a lovely lady!

Bruce’s Flowers is typically really good with orders of bouquets and assortments for large events (ie. wedding). However, they really dropped the ball on my wife’s and my wedding day. After delivering the corsages/boutonnières to the bride’s family at her house, they were supposed to come to the ceremony hall and deliver the corsages/boutonnières for the groom’s side. They were over 45 minutes late and did not deliver the flowers until 2:05pm and the wedding was supposed to start at 2:00pm! They apparently delivered those flowers with the third order that we scheduled to be delivered to the reception hall by mistake. After calling them the only thing they told us was “Sorry the order is en route, I can’t speak with the driver right now.” In addition to the flowers not being delivered on time, many of the corsages were turning brown by dinner time. If the flowers were fresh, they would not be wilting so soon. The bouquet was nicely put together, but overall I was dissatisfied with the service we received. Every aspect of our wedding day was running late due to the mix-up that Bruce’s Flowers had by delivering the flowers to the wrong location.
