I don't even know where to start. We hired Rob from Bright Night Entertainment for DJ and Officiant services for my daughter's wedding.

From day one of planning, Rob was so helpful and attentive. He dedicated so much time over the year of planning to ensure he got to know the bride and groom, their vision, and their personalities. I was completely blown away by his expert knowledge of every single minute detail of wedding planning. If I could, I would have hired him for not just the DJ and Officiant services, but the entire wedding planning, he's that good!

From pre-wedding meetings (which he was so gracious and flexible with his time given the bride & groom live in Japan), to the rehearsal, to the wedding... Rob made everyone in the room feel heard, understood, cared for, and confident. He makes you feel as if you are the most important wedding on his calendar (even though I know his calendar is full).

He was able to bring a very unique wedding (with many cultural ceremonial elements) to fruition. He perfectly balanced humor with heartfelt moments and a touch of pomp and circumstance so the bride and groom and guests were brought along on a magical journey throughout the day and into the night.

He made sure the event flowed seamlessly (even despite the inevitable chaos that lurks below the surface at any wedding), so there was no apparent lull in the action, no apparent confusion, and as the mother-of-the-bride, I was able to focus on the couple and the guests instead of the planning details.

We had a room full of professional radio talent in attendance, and they, along with all of our guest can not stop raving about how good Rob was!

Most importantly, the bride said the wedding was everything she dreamed of, and honestly, I have Rob to thank for that.

We can’t say enough great things about Rob! From the moment we started planning, he went above and beyond in every single way. With over 30 years of experience, he truly thought of everything — things we never even realized we needed to plan for! Rob didn’t just act as our DJ; he was also our coordinator, timekeeper, and calm presence throughout the entire day.

He kept everything running smoothly, on time, and completely stress-free. He asked all the right questions, offered creative ideas, and helped us shape a timeline that made the day flow perfectly. During the reception, he knew exactly how to read the room and had everyone — all 140 guests! — laughing, dancing, and having a blast. The games and crowd involvement were a huge hit, and his professionalism never wavered for a moment.

Rob exceeded every expectation we had and made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable. If you want a DJ who is not only incredibly talented but also deeply invested in making your day perfect, Rob is the one. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

Rob was everything we were looking for in a wedding DJ and more! He met with us several times before the wedding and really got to know us as a couple, he answered all of our questions fully, he used his experience to help us make the right decisions, and he organized, coordinated, and ran our rehearsal. My daughter’s wedding was a huge success , and a lot of the credit goes to Bright Night Entertainment (DJ Rob Meadows)! He was professional, reliable, and quite entertaining! Aside from his great DJ skills, he also served as an excellent emcee for the evening. He made all the necessary announcements with enthusiasm. The evening flowed so smoothly. To say DJ Rob is the best is an understatement! As the mother of the bride, Rob was a Godsend! I am so thankful to have chosen Rob. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the music, Rob brought life to the entire day! He took charge of so many tasks so I could thoroughly enjoy the experience. Rob literally MADE our wedding what it was. From very in depth planning& coordinating with our vendors, to running rehearsal and making both our ceremony and reception run smoothly and made sure we all had a blast. If you don’t have Rob you’re missing out. We could not have had the wedding we did without him. He was by our side every single step of the way for this process and his expertise in this field showed the whole time. His personality shows in everything he does and his only priority is you and making sure your day is what you want! Not to mention a video montage of your day. Rob was the Dj and was our officiant for our wedding on June 4th 2023 and he was absolutely amazing! Our guest are still telling us how much they had at the wedding and how much they like the DJ! A few months before our wedding our original officiant backed out on us and so we asked Rob and he did a wonderful job. We can not thank you enough helping us celebrate our special day! He is such a fun guy who cares and has passion about what he does!

DJ Rob provides so much more than DJ services. He is also a Wedding Coordinator. He makes sure no detail goes unattended. He keeps your guests entertained with great interactive games, dancing, and laughter. This is the second wedding he has worked at for our family and everyone had a blast both times!! I cannot recommend him enough!!
He really gets to know you and what you want for your special day. He is wonderful at answering texts and phone calls. Make sure you book him because you will not be disappointed!!! He also makes a mini video of the whole day for you. This is a wonderful perk!!

If you don’t use Bright Night Entertainment (DJ Rob) for your wedding, you are missing out. There are several things that make DJ Rob stand out from other DJs. You pick up on these things when in initial conversation and he truly delivers.

- He’s going to make your wedding day fun and unforgettable. He’ll have people entertained by listening, dancing, and laughing. Highly recommend the scavenger hunt game.

- Rob doubles as a Day of Coordinator. If you want, Rob can direct the flow of your wedding day. Seriously, listen to his suggestions.

- Special effects. In addition to the typical DJ special effects, Bright Night Entertainment offers a Dancing on a Cloud (fog machine to keep the fog low to the ground) for your first dance and a C02 cannon which is a cool [pun intended] surprise for your guests. Highly recommend the Dancing on a Cloud effect.

- Ceremony and Reception music. I know if your ceremony and reception are at the same location he can provide the music for both for a small up-charge. This also includes the mic setup for the ceremony.

- Price. Bright Night Entertainment is VERY competitive on pricing. In most cases we found DJ Rob to be less expensive than other DJs we met with and more things came included.

The only suggestion I had for Rob and it was not a hindrance to us at all, was that he should offer a photo booth. As fun as he made our wedding, I can only imagine what he could do with a photo booth. However, there are some logistical challenges and other work required to this. We just used an iPad, an iPad stand, a Ring light, and a 1 month subscription to an app that made this work for us.

If I could rate higher than a 5/5 ⭐️, I would in a heartbeat.
