We hired Brekyn for our low-key garden wedding. Neither I or the Groom are huge party/club people, and so live, acoustic music seemed like the perfect balance of entertaining and true to our preferences.

I cannot even describe how much better it was than I ever imagined it! She was staged about 10 feet off from our sweetheart table and the whole time we ate dinner, we were talking about how great she sounded. She played classic love songs, but also took our personal taste into account while picking her set list. I actually wish I could have listened more purposefully throughout the night to hear everything she picked!

She learned our first dance and parent dance songs beautifully, too.

Brekyn played our cocktail hour through until 9pm, where she noticed folks were starting to dance. She popped on our pre-planned playlist and was off, leaving those who had enjoyed a few drinks (or just enjoy the Cupid shuffle) to their dance floor.

By the end of the night, everyone I talked to had mentioned what an impact having Brekyn playing had on the evening. I even had someone tell me the next day that they had gone up to check if she had her case open for tips, and lamented that they couldn’t give her one!!

If you want a cocktail hour or a full evening full of lovely, chilled vibes, Brekyn is a must. We cannot recommend her enough!!

Brekyn made our wedding so special. Thanks to my husband, he surprised me with booking her without me knowing. I didn’t know until our first dance, as she began to sing and play her guitar. I was so surprised and it made our first dance a moment we will never forget. She continued to play throughout our entire dinner, and we could tell how our crowd loved it. A DJ does not compare to a live singer at a wedding. You will be so happy to have taken the step to book Brekyn for your Wedding night. There isn’t a country song she doesn’t know!

My husband and I are sooo happy we hired Brekyn for our wedding! We hired her to sing during our ceremony and cocktail hour. She was responsive and flexible, especially since we had to change our wedding date and venue 3 times due to COVID! We finally had our big day at El Chorro in Paradise Valley and she sang and played her guitar so beautifully. Many of our guests commented on how talented she is! Brekyn was such a breath of fresh air! She met with us for a long time to go over what we were looking for for our wedding and was open to learning new songs. She gave us a list of songs that she has already done as well as sent us samples we requested. She was very responsive whenever we texted her or had questions. She was so down to earth. Brekyn was amazing the entire time she performed at our wedding last Saturday, May 4. Brekyn performed for our ceremony and showed up early, dressed professionally, and sang before the ceremony began. I legit couldn't of asked for a more perfect entrance for my wedding and her voice was perfect.
Although we were not able to see her perform during cocktail hour, we had many guests come up to us telling us how amazing her voice was and what a great added touch having a live vocalist singing.

I CANNOT explain how amazing Brekyn was with us. We booked her just a few weeks before our wedding and gave her a nice list of songs she might have never heard of. "We scheduled Brekyn for our Alzheimer's Memorial service at Arizona Family Hospice on Oct. 9, 2018. She sang Amazing Grace, How Great Thou Art and I'll Fly Away.

Each and every one of us there were emotionally engaged by Brekyn's beautiful voice. Through each hymn, we tearfully remembered every person we have cared for, past and present.

I first met Brekyn Johnson in the spring of 2015. Where she called me regarding Voice lessons.
I immediately was impressed by her Vocal ability. And I have taught her on and off over the past 2 1/2 years. She has also performed in a few of my Recitals.
I had a family event recently that warranted hiring a singer.
Brekyn came to mind. knowing that not only is she extremely talented, but her character is also one of very high standards.
She showed up early, set up. Did an awesome job and received many compliments.
Also a friend of mine hired her to sing at a funeral.
