We are a family owned and operated business with nearly 20 years experience catering to companies, wedding receptions, banquets and private parties. We have earned an excellent reputation for delicious, very flavorful food and great service!

Serving all of Central Indiana, we are preferred caterers for Adaggios Banquet Hall and Conference Centre, the Community Life Center and Morgan Acres Grand Barn on Indianapolis' Eastside, the Creative Arts and Events Center in Greenfield, Hidden Creek Outdoor Events Center in Fairland, the Barn at Kennedy Farm in Lizton, as well as the Coffee Creek Ridge Barn in Shelbyville!

Beautiful Venue, Wonderful Coordinator, & Great Food!

Our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to make our day perfect and stress free. Our guests raved about the food (also provided by Bradley Hall Events), and the venue has beautiful spots for pictures both inside and outside. They were very flexible with allowing outside vendors which allowed us to have the wedding exactly the way we wanted it! (ex. An ice cream sundae bar instead of a traditional cake) I cannot compliment our wedding coordinator enough!! They will take care of all of the details for you OR allow you to be really detailed/precise and involved if you want to be.

Delicious and reasonably priced!

Excellent experience having OnSite Caterer for our wedding! They demonstrated great communication leading up to the day and our wedding day went very smoothly. Truly feel they are top quality for the right price. We got so many compliments on the food!

Food was amazing!!

Food was Delicious!

The food was delicious!! We used OnSiteCaterer because our venue, Bradley Hall Events, recommends them as a preferred professional. (Actually the venue and the catering company are run by the same family!) We originally booked the venue and were told about the free monthly tastings, so we went to one. We liked the food but wanted to try specific things, so we set up a private tasting. Everything we tried was super tasty. Once we nailed down a menu for the wedding, we were set for our big day. We served the food buffet style. It was still nice and hot when we sat down to eat and everything was nice and seasoned well on our wedding just like at the tastings. I was extremely pleased and impressed and highly recommend OnSiteCaterer!! The buffet line was set up beautifully and the service was great. The staff was super friendly as well.

If you are looking for a great team to caterer your wedding or event, I highly recommend OnSiteCaterer. Jim and his staff were absolutely amazing. And their food was even better. We vistited New Palestine, IN on one of their tasting events to see if we liked their presentation and food. Jim did an amazing job showing us the options and walked us through the process. We signed with him that day and couldn't wait until our wedding day! On the big day, Jim and his staff did an absolutely amazing job and bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. The food was delicious and all our guests loved it! We recommend OnSiteCaterer for any catering need and promise you, you'll have the best food/service in the business!!

This values based company is professional, quick and transparent in communication, patient, and produce AMAZING quality. I would argue that they are the best in the business for catering. Jim Dawson and his staff were wonderful at our wedding and the quality of the food was beyond words! Many of our guests said their food was the best they have ever had at a wedding.
