Backstory - I came across Danison when the following life events happened: coming to the realization DIY-ing our signage was not the best idea, having some unexpected wiggle room in our budget, and a friend of ours backing out of helping with signage. Like most folks in 2022, I turned to the internet to find a calligrapher here in Orlando. From the moment I came across Bowtie & Brush, I knew I had found someone special. After reviewing their website, Instagram page, and speaking with the owner, Danison, I knew I had met someone who loved and respected their craft, and especially respected who they worked with. Between Danison’s work, pricing, and overall customer service & support, I knew my husband and I were making the best decision moving forward with Bowtie & Brush - and we couldn’t be more correct. Danison executed *beautifully* our seating chart, welcome sign, and unplugged ceremony sign without a hitch. He not only did amazing work, he made my life SO MUCH EASIER by dropping off and picking up the signage, and having easels for rent - truly a one stop shop! Danison - I hope you know how much your professionalism, craftsmanship, and overall energy made our wedding day that much more special and enjoyable. I had the honor of working with Danison at the Washington Wedding Day Best of 2025 gala, where he was creating watercolor illustrations for all the guests. He seriously made the coolest favor of the night—I even have mine proudly displayed on my fridge! Danison is incredibly talented, genuinely kind, and had the best dance moves on the floor. We recently got married at The Wave Hotel in Lake Nona (11/11/23). Bowtie & Brush was AMAZING to work with! Danison understood my overall vision for our wedding and made everything come to life in such a beautiful way. I gave Danison complete creative freedom to see where our wedding vision took him.

Our welcome sign was beautiful, our hand-crafted deckle edge place cards with gold foil touches and colored ribbons to identify food choices were gorgeous… and then our SEATING CHART!!! Our seating chart was a show stopper. All our guests were wowed by how STUNNING and unique it was!

I’m so honored Danison chose to name this gorgeous seating chart inspired by our wedding - the “Jessica.” It was such a special moment and such an honor! Our magical love story will live on and share endless magical moments with future brides/grooms.

I know it’s a cheesy song lyric but it explains my experience working with Danison. The customizations, artistic talent, and beautiful calligraphy added such an amazing element to our big day. Would absolutely work with this vendor again and urge anyone looking to use him!
