Bonita Sound is a boutique talent agency bringing flavor to the world of wedding entertainment. From globe-trotting DJs to live artist performances, we’re passionate about crafting personality into every moment.

WHO WE ARE
We’re DJs, musicians, and creatives who are passionate about using our craft to add flavor and personality into every experience we’re a part of. We're young with decades of experience entertaining multicultural audiences and value our ability to mix timeless hits, club starters, and eclectic sounds for the music lover in you.

HISTORY
Having spent the better part of 20 years entertaining club & concert crowds, Jordan Poole aka DJ Royale, recognized an increased demand from friends looking for wedding DJs with more flavor than 'big box' options. There needed to be an agency that operated free of wedding cliches; with style, class, and personality to rock any dance floor. As millennials, our love & knowledge of music has no bounds, and thus Bonita Sound was born to serve a diverse & cultured generation.

Along with all their own equipment, lighting, and music, Bonita Sound also offers unlimited consultation with their clients to craft a perfect music playlist for them. Whether you need to blend the traditional with the contemporary, or just want to make your wedding music something to remember, they can help you. An Amazing Investment

Jordan was the perfect DJ for our wedding. We provided him with some playlists for the types of music we were interested in hearing during each stage of the evening, and he was able to work our songs in, elaborate on them with similar music and blend it all seamlessly together into his set for our cocktail hour, dinner, and after party reception. Jordan was also a great emcee. He has a great presence and takes his job seriously while still having a good time. His equipment set up was polished and his communication during the planning process was professional and personable. Everyone danced for the entirety of our after party reception, which is exactly what we wanted. Jordan knew how to read the room and keep a vibe going that had everyone enjoying themselves. His music selections catered to multiple generations simultaneously with friends and older relatives on the dancefloor all evening. We were impressed by Jordan’s transitions and nuanced song selections, showing that he took care in curating our evening's music and listening to our preferences. It is really clear that Jordan is not just a wedding DJ who will shuffle a playlist around. He is a professional DJ who happens to do weddings, (that distinction is huge) and he absolutely delivers. We couldn’t be happier with the music for the evening, the tone of his MCing, and can’t recommend him or his team enough.

Best DJ choice for your wedding!

Bonita Sound was absolutely incredible! We worked with Jordan/DJ Royale and so appreciated his attention to detail and communication leading up to our special day. Jordan was detail oriented and well prepared for our venue. He really captured the vibe we were going for and set the tone from the ceremony to the cocktail hour through our reception. He read the crowd and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. Family and friends raved about the music after and kept asking who our DJ was! We couldn't have asked for a better experience to make our wedding day even more memorable.

Simply Amazing Vibe

We got married June 18, 2022, and could not have asked for a better DJ to work with on our wedding day. It was clear from our first phone call with DJ Royale that he has a passion for his craft. Throughout the entire process he was extremely professional and provided us with detailed plans and feedback. We had some specifics regarding the ceromony and reception music, but allowed him to do his thing to keep the night going. There isn’t a single thing I would have had DJ Royale do differently for our celebration. All of our guests continue to rave about the musical vibe he provided and tell us how much fun they had. DJ Royale played a huge role in making our wedding the perfect celebration as the MC and by curating music that kept everyone grooving all night. He played some of the best music that respresented our "Brown Sugar" love story giving us mainly late 90’s vs 2000s mixed with current hits. There wasn’t a point that a music change interrupted the flow. He blew away our expectations!!!

The best dance party!

We hired Bonita Sound for our Nov. 2021 wedding, based on the recommendation of our planner Clover Event Co. Jordan did a fantastic job on boarding us and explaining their services. He connected us with the perfect DJ that suited our needs and musical style, Xtina. We had a long, untraditional format for our wedding day and Xtina handled the day professionally. Once it was time to get everyone on the dance floor, it was a non-stop party. She absolutely nailed it. She created the perfect atmosphere to keep all generations dancing, while still staying within the preferences we conveyed to her (lots of 80s/new wave / indie). Guests are still telling us how much fun they had! They also supplied us with much needed uplighting for our venue. THANK YOU to the entire Bonita team for providing us with the wedding dance party we always dreamt of!

Amazing vibes and music all night, very personable

Our guests did not have one complaint! Every song was better than the last. Jordan really listened to what sort of vibe we were going for on our wedding night and listened to all of our opinions and likes/dislikes when it came to music choices. He is an expert with blending different genres and styles together and was able to throw in some songs from my German-Hungarian cultural background effortlessly! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have an amazing night of beautiful music and dancing! He doesn't just play music, he creates a whole atmosphere of elegance and bliss that will make your wedding night perfection!

Amazing, refreshing, knows how to read the room and get the energy flowing!

If you are in need of a DJ that takes all of your music preferences from a wide range of varieties and blends them together seamessly and effortlessly...look no further!! Because DJ Royale was the best choice we made for our wedding day! He was punctual, professional, listened to all of our requests and made them happen! He even worked with our venue to move the dance floor to a better, more central location, on the day of the wedding to make the Brides and guests happier and more comfortable! He will go above and beyond for his couples! He listened to every suggestion we gave him for playing diverse and unique song choices . It was as if every song he played was singing about our love as if each song was about US on our special day! He was stylish, suave, and always in tune with the energy in the room. He was very good at reading the crowd and anticipating what type of music they would like to dance to next! There was no dead time and he just kept playing one hit after another! I could not have asked for a better person than Jordan to be in charge of my music on my special day! Thank you Bonita Sound! Best Wedding DJ EVER!

Wedding Reception

DJ Royale was more than professional and worked with my wife and I to make our wedding unforgettable. He handled all our requests and family traditions flawlessly and we could not be any more happy with our choice to have him entertain our guests.

Awesome DJ. Can’t go wrong with Royale!

I can’t praise Jordan enough. Not only is he a caring and extremely likable person that is easy to work with and be comfortable with, he is a professional that knows music and how to read a crowd better than most DJ’s I’ve experienced in the past. I had the pleasure of hearing Jordan perform at a past wedding and knew I had to have him for my own. Jordan has a great ear for music, worked with us to understand the vibe we were going for and what songs were on our must play list, and he made sure to cater to the ears of all ages. We got tons of compliments on our music which I was not at all surprised about. Not only that, he’s an awesome MC. He can work a room and have fun and everyone enjoyed his introductions and commentary and encouragement to hit the dance floor! He’s got high quality equipment, is poignant and I didn’t need to worry about anything knowing he was our DJ. Literally, everything was perfect with DJ Royale! Highly recommend!!

Best Wedding DJ!

I have to say that my experience with Bonita Sound was everything my wife and I wanted and more! I worked with Jordan P. and he made everything so easy for me. That's not as simple as one may think, especially when planning a wedding for 200 people and dealing with so many different vendors. The communication between Jordan and I was on point. I had a list of songs that I sent to Jordan and he played every single one and incorporated his own style, to liven up the party. I've heard of Jordan's reputation as an amazing DJ from Philadelphia, but his professionalism and attitude towards making our day so special was on another level. I've been to so many weddings and Jordan can do it all with DJing and MCing. There were few things my guests asked me at the end of the night. Can I take dessert home, how did I pay for all the food, and who the heck was the DJ! I remember at the beginning of the reception, after the bridal party was announced, the dance floor was starting to fill up. Normally at my family weddings, we don't have a lot of dancing throughout the reception. Jordan had to remind us that food was coming out and to take our seats, at the same time, there are so many memories I have from that night and a lot of it had to do with the music, food and seeing my closest friends and family really enjoy themselves. I can guarantee an amazing experience if you book Bonita Sound. Thanks again for the lasting memories, the wife and I will never forget.
