Let me start first by saying I have extremely thick hair. Which I now know makes it more difficult to achieve all of the pretty styles you see in magazines. I first had a trial run of my hair done by someone who was willing to travel to the venue to do hair and make-up. She tried two times to do an up-do and both times it was very messy looking and my head was huge from all of my hair. Next, I went to the salon that was cutting my hair for 6 years. It was the same scenario, big messy hair. I left unhappy and they didn’t care. I asked for a discount for another trial run and they said no. After spending over $150 in trial runs a friend recommended Bombshell’s. I called, told them my dilemma and they said not to worry Rose can do anything and that I do not leave until I am happy. I went to Bombshell's and Rose was honest with me about what I was asking for was not realistic with how thick of hair that I have. She came up with a different option still going for what I was looking for and it was beautiful. I could not have been happier with my hair. Bombshell's even offers a discount on the trial run if you book the day of hair at the same time. So they were even more reasonable in pricing than the other two salons I had visited. I am so happy that my friend recommended Bombshell's. I now go there for my regular hair cuts the customer service there is way better than the place I had been going.
