Bold Monk Brewery is the dreamiest wedding venue we came across in the city. We wanted something that had an outside greenery and trees vibe for the ceremony and an inside area for a band and reception, and Bold Monk had all those things. The (beer) garden is surrounded by tall trees and greenery that it makes you forget you're in the city. The Edison light bulbs draped across the garden makes it an even more romantic environment. Inside, think speak easy meets library meets brewery. The bookshelves, velvet couches, and leather chairs made the environment so cozy and intimate.
The staff were absolute rockstars. They have their own event coordinators that will make sure all your accommodations are correct. They respond quickly and are truly easy to work with. They did a walk through with us a few months in advance to talk about seating options, food menus, bar setups, beer garden set ups and they made all of our requests come to life. I love love loved this venue and highly recommend it to anyone getting married!

We had enjoyed lunch and dinner previously at Bold Monk, and when our son got engaged, we looked into having our rehearsal dinner there (we live out of town and it was hard to get to Atlanta to look around). We didn't realize how wonderful it would end up being. Staff members were accommodating, friendly, professional, and responsive prior to our dinner. The day and night of our event, they anticipated our needs and took care of details with a can-do attitude. While we were setting up, we were repeatedly asked if we needed anything. When it came time for service, set-up, and the meal, I couldn't ask for anything more. Great presentation of appetizers and the meal, and not only visually appealing, but delicious! We opted for steak and salmon, and while the steaks were on the thin side, they tasted great. Most everything exceeded expectation, and we were extremely pleased with our choice. Highly recommend (and shout outs to Loring, Jay, Sade, Nina, Faith, and everyone who helped make our night special).

We had our wedding at Bold Monk in Feb 2022 and still rave about our experience there. (Budget $40k total)

We booked the upstairs for ceremony/reception and beer garden for cocktail hour with a 3 coursed seated meal. It was the perfect amount of space for our guest list and bar/serving staff never had our guests waiting. And the venue was absolutely beautiful. We added some uplighting and rented tables+chairs and Bold Monk was very helpful in getting these delivered, stored, picked up the days outside our event. I had a concern with parking, but the back parking lot is an added bonus once you know about it and we had no issues. Outside of Bold Monk's control, we did have an issue with Howell Mill traffic and should be accounted for in your planning.

The food was one of the main drivers for us to select Bold Monk. Everyone who has casually been to the brewery knows the food is top notch, and this continued into our event. Our seated meal was everything I imagined and more and had more flair than your standard wedding catering which was important to me.

Initially when we booked the venue, we worked with the restaurant management to manage our event. It was expectantly a little rocky (they are a restaurant and brewery first, so we knew it was on us to keep track of documents and planning), HOWEVER, about half-way through they brought in an event management team to help! The people we worked with (Sydney and Loring) bridged the gap and got us set up for more than a successful event. Everything ran smoothly from our perspective and we got to enjoy our day without putting out fires. They even outdid my day-of-coordinator and I am forever grateful for them. They rivaled my attention to detail with planning and further solidified our recommendation to use Bold Monk as a venue.

Overall I can't recommend Bold Monk enough.
The space and food are unique within the Atlanta wedding scene and brought us opportunities to have a different type of event from other weddings we attended or venues we looked at in Atlanta. We were able to get everything we wanted and more at Bold Monk and stayed within our budget without having to make compromises. Thank you to the Bold Monk team!

The team at Bold Monk was exceptional! We used the Abbey and the room was a wonderful venue for our 80-person wedding. The food was fantastic, service was top notch, and beverages were phenominal. The events team even worked with us to move our wedding date up by almost 1 year, and with only about 6 weeks notice! We were so fortunate that they were able to help us. Many of our guests were curious as to why we wanted to get married at a brewery, until they arrived and saw how special Bold Monk is. I would recommend Bold Monk with zero hesitation!

The staff and crew (and food) were amazing! I worked with Whitney Rusert and she was such a breath of fresh air during what was a stressful time. She was calming, professional and overall just very helpful! The communication was excellent. The staff during the event were professional and so helpful. Overall - a wonderful experience for the rehearsal dinner!!

Our daughter’s wedding shower was held last June in the Bold Monk Abbey Room. It was such a lovely and spacious room for our party which was important as the shower had been postponed twice due to COIVD restriction at other venues. The large space for dining, a family-room-like-space for opening gifts and private bathroom were significant selling features. The parking was a breeze and our husbands also enjoyed lunch and brews downstairs in the bar area. The staff could not have been more accommodating and the food was not only delicious but presented and served very professionally. Several guests commented it was the nicest shower they had ever attended. It was so wonderful another friend has requested we hold her daughter’s shower there this Spring! Many thanks to Bold Monk for making the shower an even more joyous event!

We had a great rehearsal dinner at Bold Monk. The food was very good, and the team provided excellent service. We had sixty people for dinner and then additional guests for drinks afterwards. The Cask Room was the perfect venue, with the doors providing enough privacy for our event. We were able to get in ahead of time to put some flowers on the tables, and it all looked wonderful. Most importantly, the bride and groom were very happy. I was coordinating from out of town, and Lori at Bold Monk made it easy.

The rehearsal dinner was beyond my expectations! I came in contact with Sarah, the event coordinator, who recommended this venue. Seeing that I am from New Jersey and not able to visit the location. I relied heavily on their website and Reviews. The room with the decorations I brought from New Jersey and all the candles they provided was perfect! The vibe was exactly what we were looking for. Excellent food and a fun atmosphere The food was phenomenal and the portions were great! I had grown men tell me that they appreciated the generous serving size! The dessert was delicious! The staff were phenomenal and friendly. Everybody commented how nice everyone was!
There were several people in charge, helping me set up , and they were patient and made our event Perfect. My son who is the groom said it set the stage for the rest of the weekend!

We loved having our rehearsal dinner at Bold Monk Brewing. We had over 100 people in the space and we had plenty of room! We held our dinner in the “the Abbey” which was great because it was already decorated so nicely and accommodated everyone. The food was phenomenal, the drinks were great and the staff was super nice and helpful.
