Boaté & Ajluni Duo

These guys were our first vendors hired after we secured our venue and we are SO HAPPY we had them. They are wonderful people and insanely talented musicians, and they are so chill, flexible and kind. Our first venue canceled on us 4 months from the wedding date, and they pivoted quickly and signed on for our new date and venue. They learned two new songs to play alongside two vocalist performances during our ceremony, and jammed out during cocktail hour before becoming our emcees and DJs for the reception. They even made it work when we had a last-minute rain plan go into action. My guests will not stop talking about how great the music was throughout the whole event. Tim and Anthony were nothing but a joy to work with. They are all good vibes and good music. I hope to make it to another of their gigs soon!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

I'd say if you are looking for something other than a typical wedding DJ who's going to play Mr. Brightside and The Cha Cha Slide, then look no further. The acoustic guitar playing was solid, the vibe was great, and we really could not have asked for anything more. We had an outside wedding at a vineyard on a cool, October day and we couldn't imagine a better duo than these guys.

We hired Boaté & Ajluni for our son's wedding welcome event in Annapolis. I can't say enough good stuff about these guys. They were responsive to my request, polite, flexible, on-time... The music was perfect, not too loud but enjoyed by everyone in the room. They were worth every dollar we paid them and were not over priced, which is saying something when you're looking at wedding events. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

Tim and Anthony were such a perfect addition to our wedding day. They played guitar during our ceremony and cocktail hour, and their music created such a beautiful and romantic atmosphere. So glad we chose this duo for our daughter’s wedding. Their musicianship was excellent for both the ceremony and cocktail hour and they switched into DJ mode for the rest of our event. They were totally prepared, had plenty of equipment for the various places and kept in touch throughout the process. All our guests were very happy with the classy and touching acoustic music and enjoyed all the party music as well. Great way to go for all your music needs with no compromises. 10/10 would use them again!

This review is long overdue. Tim and Anthony were great to work with. They responded quickly to questions and their emails were clear with what information they needed. We booked them for both the ceremony and reception. They learned a new song for me to surprise my husband with when I walked down the aisle and helped keep it a secret. They executed everything perfectly; highly recommend.

Tim & Anthony (Boate & Ajluni Duo) were absolutely fantastic for our barn/winery wedding in Fall 2024. They were very easy and accommodating to work with in advance - super professional and responsive. They showed up on time and their music was absolutely gorgeous. As soon as we got engaged, these guys were the first vendors that I wanted to secure. After watching videos and listening to clips of them playing their guitar duo, I knew I wanted them for our wedding. This duo is so talented and they did not disappoint! They even learned 2 songs of our choice to add to their repertoire for the evening. Their transition into DJing for the reception was great too, they kept us on the dance floor! We are so happy to have had them for our special day!
