Boaté & Ajluni Duo

These guys were our first vendors hired after we secured our venue and we are SO HAPPY we had them. They are wonderful people and insanely talented musicians, and they are so chill, flexible and kind. Our first venue canceled on us 4 months from the wedding date, and they pivoted quickly and signed on for our new date and venue. They learned two new songs to play alongside two vocalist performances during our ceremony, and jammed out during cocktail hour before becoming our emcees and DJs for the reception. They even made it work when we had a last-minute rain plan go into action. My guests will not stop talking about how great the music was throughout the whole event. Tim and Anthony were nothing but a joy to work with. They are all good vibes and good music. I hope to make it to another of their gigs soon!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

So glad we chose this duo for our daughter’s wedding. Their musicianship was excellent for both the ceremony and cocktail hour and they switched into DJ mode for the rest of our event. They were totally prepared, had plenty of equipment for the various places and kept in touch throughout the process. All our guests were very happy with the classy and touching acoustic music and enjoyed all the party music as well. Great way to go for all your music needs with no compromises. 10/10 would use them again!

This review is long overdue. Tim and Anthony were great to work with. They responded quickly to questions and their emails were clear with what information they needed. We booked them for both the ceremony and reception. They learned a new song for me to surprise my husband with when I walked down the aisle and helped keep it a secret. They executed everything perfectly; highly recommend.

Tim & Anthony (Boate & Ajluni Duo) were absolutely fantastic for our barn/winery wedding in Fall 2024. They were very easy and accommodating to work with in advance - super professional and responsive. They showed up on time and their music was absolutely gorgeous. As soon as we got engaged, these guys were the first vendors that I wanted to secure. After watching videos and listening to clips of them playing their guitar duo, I knew I wanted them for our wedding. This duo is so talented and they did not disappoint! They even learned 2 songs of our choice to add to their repertoire for the evening. Their transition into DJing for the reception was great too, they kept us on the dance floor! We are so happy to have had them for our special day!

Boaté and Ajluni were simply incredible! They kept the party going with a great flow of classic tunes and recent hits, while also being incredibly flexible with all of my demands. The best part however, and what sets them apart from your typical DJs, is that they play acoustic guitar, which gave our wedding such an intimate feel and created the perfect background music for my wife and I to have a special moment and entrance to our wedding. There truly was nothing better than hearing them play as dinner began and the guitar music was a highlight for us. We decided to hire the very best for our wedding music, and so glad we did. The Boate & Ajluni Duo handled prelude music, cocktail music at the reception, and even two hours of the best dancing music ever. We wanted to hold a very classy and fun party for our reception. They were the perfect match. The compliments about the music keep pouring in, well after the event!
