Tim and Anthony were such a perfect addition to our wedding day. They played guitar during our ceremony and cocktail hour, and their music created such a beautiful and romantic atmosphere. Everything felt elegant, personal, and seamless, and we received so many compliments from our guests about them.
They were professional, talented, and wonderful to work with from start to finish. We are so grateful they were part of our celebration and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for an incredible guitar duo for their wedding. Thank you Tim and Anthony! -

So glad we chose this duo for our daughter’s wedding. Their musicianship was excellent for both the ceremony and cocktail hour and they switched into DJ mode for the rest of our event. They were totally prepared, had plenty of equipment for the various places and kept in touch throughout the process. All our guests were very happy with the classy and touching acoustic music and enjoyed all the party music as well. Great way to go for all your music needs with no compromises. 10/10 would use them again! -

Perfect Music for our Barn Wedding!
Tim & Anthony (Boate & Ajluni Duo) were absolutely fantastic for our barn/winery wedding in Fall 2024. They were very easy and accommodating to work with in advance - super professional and responsive. They showed up on time and their music was absolutely gorgeous. It was a tranquil and lovely backtrack to the breezy day. I can't recommend them highly enough! -

As soon as we got engaged, these guys were the first vendors that I wanted to secure. After watching videos and listening to clips of them playing their guitar duo, I knew I wanted them for our wedding. This duo is so talented and they did not disappoint! They even learned 2 songs of our choice to add to their repertoire for the evening. Their transition into DJing for the reception was great too, they kept us on the dance floor! We are so happy to have had them for our special day! -

Tim and Anthony were fantastic to work with for our wedding. They came highly recommended by our wedding venue and we quickly realized why. It was clear from our initial outreach they were responsive and professional. We loved the fact that we were able to customize our song choices for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception but at the same time they provided great recommendations and their website supplied a collection of many sample songs. They accommodated our preferences seamlessly at every part of the day. Tim and Anthony are so talented - we were very happy to find one vendor that could both provide live acoustic music and create a great energy as DJs during the reception. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! -

Romantic Personalized Live Music and DJs
Live music at my wedding was something I had always dreamed of! This duo was one of my favorite parts of the entire wedding.
Included in their package is that they will learn 2 songs to play for you on the guitar during the ceremony. I am a lover of old movies and songs, so I had my wedding party walk down to La Vie En Rose, which they already knew, and I walked down to Moon River from Breakfast at Tiffany's, which they learned for us. My Husband's favorite (wedding appropriate) song is Mystery of Love by Sufjan Stevens, which we used for our recessional. They knocked it out of the park!
Having live guitar music at the cocktail hour was so nice. I got to enjoy so much of it. Instead of a first dance after dinner, we just had our first dances during cocktail hour to the live music. It was a sweet and less formal moment that I will always remember!
They had asked me to share with them a spotify playlist of songs that I would like at my reception, but that was one of the details that just fell through the cracks for me. But it was fine, because they played great music all night long!
We had a relatively informal reception, without grand entrances or announcements, but they were ready to arrange anything I needed.
They were so nice to work with and very responsive over email. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personal touch to their wedding music!!

These guys are amazing. They were so easy to work with and have an excellent selection of music to listen to. They were professional and self sufficient, all we had to do was tell them where to be.
We had them in for the ceremony and cocktail hour which was so perfect. Easy listening to set any mood. Most highly recommended! -

We got married in late October at Gramercy mansion. Between the gorgeous venue, perfect weather, and the rustle of the leaves in the wind Tim and Anthony and their guitars were truly the icing on the cake. Several of my guests described our ceremony as "fairytail perfect" between watching the leaves fall and listening to the beautiful melodies as my bridal party and I walked down the aisle. Part of me is a little jealous for not being in my guests' shoes and watching from their perspective. I will never forget the moment Tim and Anthony got just a few notes into the bridal processional and my Dad turned to me, trying not to cry, and said "Oh! I really like this song" right before we stared walking.
I booked Tim and Anthony over a year and a half before our wedding and even though there were long periods of time between our correspondence I never felt like I was lost in the shuffle or just another wedding. I cant recommend Tim and Anthony enough. My wedding felt so special with them on our vendor team. -

Can’t say enough about Tim and Anthony. We had a rather lowkey micro wedding at Patapsco and wanted to kick things up a notch with live entertainment. Everyone remarked on how great the music was and it really helped set the ambiance of our day. Very easy to communicate with and definitely took our feedback on fave musicians/genres in planning out their set list. My only regret is not having these guys as part of our ceremony! Highly recommend and hope to have another chance to work with them again. -

Anthony and Tim traveled all the way from Baltimore to Richmond, Virginia for my wedding and I could not have been more pleased that they were willing to make the trip. Their guitar playing for the ceremony was breathtaking, and we got non-stop compliments about how perfect they sounded during cocktail hour. They are super flexible, adaptable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!! -

We had Boate & Ajluni Duo at our wedding in North East, MD on May 14, 2021. They did such a wonderful job during our ceremony and cocktail hour. They arrived early and set up the sound for our ceremony and provided microphones for us to use. We were able to pick our own songs that they learned and played throughout our ceremony and it made it so special and personalized to us. We had postponed our wedding from April 2020 and they made every step of rescheduling easy and were there for us! I highly recommend them if you're looking for an acoustic duo for your wedding day. They are awesome! -

Tim and Anthony were great! I am so pleased we hired them to play acoustic guitar for the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, and then they were able to DJ the reception. For the reception, I got to make all the playlists and I loved it! I have two music degrees and work as a performer myself, and really enjoyed having Tim and Anthony’s play for my wedding. I would highly recommend hiring them for your wedding or event! They were flexible, reasonably priced, responsive to emails (which was so important during the pandemic), and do a wonderful job the day of. I got so many compliments on them from wedding guests! Amazing!!!
Boate & Aljuni Duo are amazing. They placed for around an hour--before and during our ceremony. They were fantastic. They sounded great and made our ceremony even more memorable. They have a great selection of songs to choose from and they learned a couple of songs that we requested. Additionally, they're super responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved working with them and would highly recommend them. -

Tim and Anthony were great!! They provided live music for our ceremony and cocktail hour and DJ services for our dinner/reception at the Peabody Library in Baltimore.
We received SO many compliments from our guests about the live music! They flawlessly performed requested songs for our ceremony, and it was DREAMY.
Tim and Anthony were extremely professional, easygoing, and easy to work with. Peabody has a good number of restrictions for vendors, and they adapted easily! Absolutely no complaints. Hire them and you won't be disappointed!! -

Tim and Anthony performed for our cocktail hour at the Howard County Conservancy, and my husband and I were so happy with their work! It was also very helpful that they took care of mics and the PA system for the ceremony. They set everything up without needing any direction and transitioned perfectly from our garden ceremony to cocktail hour and then to the reception to DJ. Boaté & Ajluni Duo played for our waterfront ceremony and cocktail hour - it was an absolutely magical combination - matching their beautiful acoustics with the waterfront setting! Their music filled the hearts of our family & friends - it was absolutely perfect - EVERYONE truly enjoyed their music and how it filled the air! B&A were a joy to work with - always responsive and accommodating. They learned Blue Moon (which was the song my parents had at their wedding) and it filled my heart!
