Bluegrass Kitchen and Catering is a veteran-owned, family-operated food truck catering company serving the Louisville, KY metro and surrounding areas. Our food truck serves smash burgers (including our signature Double Smash Burger), pork chop sandwiches, chicken philly sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, and fresh-squeezed lemonade. We also offer Bluegrass Squeeze beverage service with coffees, hot apple cider, fresh lemonade, and dirty sodas. For catering events, we go beyond the standard truck menu — we can cook pretty much anything on the grill or fryer based on your requests, so you pick what you want served for your event. We carry $2 million in aggregate liability insurance and are available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and private parties.
