Blue Wave played at my wedding and was AMAZING. I was not sure what to expect from a live band at a wedding but they really exceeded my expectations. They really got the guests up and dancing and everyone had so much fun either dancing or just watching the band. It really took our wedding to the next level. Blue Wave has some amazing artists. You can't go wrong with hiring them for your event! We had a keyboardist for the ceremony which was beautiful and a 6-piece band for a wedding with 75 guests. It was perfect.

From the very beginning our main goal was to have a party our friends and family would remember... The Blue Wave Band MADE the party.
We went with the 10-piece band and have zero regrets. Loved having the brass especially. And our main vocalist was on FIRE. I didn't catch her name, but please let her know people couldn't believe how good she was.
We are still getting compliments 6 months out. The dance floor was packed all night. Oh and the MC service was great too!
They also coordinated strings for our ceremony and an instrumental band for our welcome event.
Working with Marc was the best. He was so helpful and so flexible. 100% you should hire the Blue Wave Band for your wedding or event, they are worth every penny.

Blue Wave Band was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. The band was our top priority as a couple & this band delivered. The band manager, Marc, was beyond helpful and understanding of our music tastes, likes and dislikes, and the vibe we wanted on our wedding day, and they delivered. Would recommend 100 times over!

Blue Wave was a total knockout - the band kept the floor filled throughout the evening and entertained numerous song requests much to our guests delight. Everyone had a blast and were sad to see them depart. They also did a great job with general AV setup and accommodated our request for my sister to perform the first dance song. Would absolutely recommend them!!

Blue Wave was the heart and soul of our wedding celebration! From the first song to the last dance, they kept the energy high and the dance floor packed. Their talent, versatility, and ability to read the crowd made for an unforgettable night. Every song was performed with incredible musicianship and passion, and they seamlessly blended classics with modern hits to keep guests of all ages entertained. Beyond their amazing sound, they were also professional, easy to work with, and truly invested in making our wedding special. Our MC kept the evening running smoothly and effortlessly. They genuinely seemed to enjoy being there and were really lovely in engaging with our guests (like playing a special David Bowie request from our flower girl). If you want a wedding band that will leave your guests raving, Blue Wave is the one.

We also used them for videography and were really pleased with the results as well!

Blue Wave lacked preparation and professionalism that brought a damper to our wedding day; they failed to meet the terms of the contract and created new ‘policies’ not written in the contract to attempt to charge additional fees. A subset of grievances include: 1) Telling us on the morning of our wedding (!!) they would no longer play music before the processional (as simple as playing a playlist), unless we would pay additional fees, citing a new policy around hours worked. This was despite the fact they were already paid to run the ceremony sound system, had the wedding timeline weeks prior, and had agreed to do this. 2) Failing to play music in the recessional (and when asked, instead played music saved for our dances and cake cutting). 3) Refusing to do our announcement (citing similar policies around hours, again, not in the contract). 4) Botching the start of the dancing for which our extended family of 40+ people had practiced a choreographed dance, by failing to do something as simple as loading the right song on Spotify that we had sent the link to. While the band itself did a good job, it's difficult to overcome the professionalism. We cannot recommend Blue Wave under any circumstance.
