In a cozier part of the rustic restaurant, wooden cathedral ceilings rise to support iron light fixtures. A large window matches the shape of the pointed wall with natural wood and multiple panes of glass. On the other side of this space stands a beautiful stone fireplace that makes for a fabulous cocktail sharing area. Couples can also celebrate in a private space with tiled floors and red walls. Natural wood accents tie this room perfectly into the restaurant’s country theme.

The Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern in Twinsburg, Ohio was designed to resemble the grand lodges in national parks across the country. This first location opened in 2004.
