Penny is such a pleasure to work with. Her and her team were amazing! We used the same room as the ceremony and dining space and her team flipped it in an hour and made it the room of my dreams. She really listened to my vision and made it happen all within staying in budget. I can’t say enough amazing things!

Pennylyn is seriously incredible. Her passion for design really shined through at our wedding! We didn't have the biggest budget, but she made it work and we are so thankful to have found her. Great communication, rockstar day of, beautiful thought went into every piece. I can't stop looking at any of our photos that have flowers in them. Thank you so much Pennylyn!!

My Husband Steven and I discovered Penny from a Facebook post and let me just say, I am so happy our paths crossed! I instantly loved her work, and from our very first phone call, I knew she was the one for us! She really did bring my vision board to life, I literally gave her my Pinterest board and said "can you match these?" She worked with us and payment schedules, along with excellent communication during our 10 month engagement. Seeing her on my wedding day, setting up, I was automatically relaxed. Her and her team are by far the best! She even was able to get her sister to preserve my bouquet afterwards!

I would never ever recommend anyone to work with this vendor. Penny was caught in multiple lies and severely underperformed where it counted. She was *repeatedly unorganized*, extremely forgetful, always late and full of excuses throughout the course of this business relationship. I ignored the red flags against my better judgement due to the recommendation being so close to home. Penny was surface level kind and behaved as if she was on our team. When she didn’t like what she heard she ran to other clients and discussed my contract with others ironically breaking one of her own rules - making the agreement null and void. Or so - one would think. She’s made sure to put a severabilty clause in the contract meaning even if one part of the contract isn’t fulfilled or broken, the rest of the contract still stays intact. She victimized herself instead of taking accountability. It’s one thing if you can’t do it but to say you can deliver after being given clear visual expectations and still come up short is where the problem begins. I do understand every artist is going to be sensitive about their craft but at this point its about integrity and professionalism. Fast forward leaving out A LOT: She overcharged us by over $600. Her response? Well because we went overtime at your wedding and you owe us (3 people) on her team $1350 for overtime so we aren’t going to return anything. All the event staff said Penny only brought one other person - and they were both 2 hours late. If they were in time, no “overtime” would have been needed. She lied about the amount of staff provided, overtime, cake florals that were missed that she all of a sudden blamed on our venue - which they laughed about. The amount of time she took to set the venue speaks to the mediocrity and potentially her low leadership skills. Nothing else. She came off as scatterbrained, disorganized, forgetful and full of excuses from the first week we met. Rescheduling agreed upon meetings, when rescheduled is hours late to be met with another push back, to then be met with more lateness. She only responds after the fact when met with disparaging reviews or something that paints her in an unflattering light, even though she swears she wants to come to a amicable resolution. Our experience was terrible. She reports unsightly reviews and but if you go to other websites (weddingwire for example), and scroll towards the bottom, you'll find MULTIPLE reviews saying the same thing: surface level nice until they're called out on constant dropping of the ball and then the lies ensue. Extremely dishonest - $85 for 11 bridesmaids and this is what she comes up with. Please look at attached picture.

Please go elsewhere. Would never recommend and deeply regret going with this company.
