The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. They forgot one set of flowers for the church but otherwise we were very happy with how they turned out

The flowers were beautiful and set the wedding perfectly. Everything was just as I asked except for the wedding bouquet. I was so disappointed since I was very clear what kind of look I needed( a loose natural looking spray to drape across my arms). I got the standard bundled and bound with ribbon bouquet. It was too late to do anything about it and I actually cried. Since I felt it was ruined anyway, I decided to take it apart and see if I could fix it into a soft spray. I succeeded and was happy again. I explained to them after the wedding of my disappointment but was not compensated or given any type of apology. I just received a good to know look and thank you.
