As a nutritionist and master gardener, I strongly believe that in order to nourish your body, you must first nourish your soul. Gardening is the root of this therapy and creating my blends is the flower that stems from it.
Gardening for me is as much a feeling as it is an action or a place. Each spring I quietly and faithfully sow seeds for my gardens, but I also plant seeds of hope, understanding, tolerance, and compassion. I hope you can feel the positive energy that was within me as I gathered each flower and herb in this botanical wedding confetti.
