My husband and I decided to purchase a second set of wedding rings from Bling Jewelry for daily use. Each of us have jobs that require working with our hands, and neither of us wanted something that would tarnish or break easily. We each got our daily bands from this website with a lot of help from customer service for ring sizing and choosing a material that worked for us. We opted to get the rings engraved and I made a mistake with my spelling. Rather than just sending the misspelled engraving, I received a call to confirm the engraving. They could have easily just sent the rings as is, which means they do pay attention. We are both really happy with our rings.

I brought a necklace and earring set for my wedding the quality and service was amazing! I search everywhere for my special day. I called customer service to make sure that it would ship that day and it did. I now will shop on Bling Jewelry for all my jewelry. Thank you bling for making my day special

I’m not going to lie I read these reviews after purchasing a ring and was very upset thinking i was being scammed but no I was completely pleasantly surprised it came in super quickly and amazing quality, this may sound like a review they would write but it’s the truth I reccomend it

I was looking for a simple yet elegant band with some sparkle and "bling" but not overly expensive or tacky looking. I rarely wear rings and this was actually more of a "memory" ring as my husband passed away before we were able to get custom rings completed. I found 2 on this site that looked nice and with discount and free shipping, it was hard to beat. They also offered a "no-hassle" free return policy so I thought, what the heck, take the chance. Shipped quickly and arrived nicely packaged (each ring had its only little velvet ouch) Out of the two rings, I only liked one (it is actually very nice, sparkly and elegant) The other ring was very poorly made and the crystals were insanely small. I returned it the same day it arrived, following the directions included in the package (pre-paid return label) and on their website. They say that they will refund an item as long as it is returned within 30 days, same condition, etc etc within 7 days of receipt. What they don't tell you is that the return shipping is sent via standard USPS mail and UPS mail innovations which "could take up to 20 business days to arrive." Their customer service is a joke and just gives you the run around - I paid via PayPal so I've opened up a dispute with them to resolve this as it has been more than 3 weeks since the ring was returned. Unless you have seen the exact item you want in person and don't expect to return an item, then great, make a purchase. But if you are at all unsure, go to another reputable site.

If I could give negative scores I would. This company is a scam! They sent me the wrong size ring, had me return it, and now two months later I have no ring, no refund, and they claim they did not receive the return. They refuse to correct their shipping mistake and now I'm out $40 and have nothing to show for it. If I could post their condescending email replies I would. They are thieves and scammers. I'm so upset over this. DO NOT BUY!

I would never recommend making a purchase with bling jewelry, I did over a month ago and the package never came because they messed up the shipping label. I called them so they could correct their mistake but the refuse to return my money or send another package until the other one turns up, which they say could take weeks. I find it wild that I have to pay for their mistake. Steer clear! It'll save you time, money and frustration.

don't buy the ring from here, the stone fall off within a week, waste your money and time.
