Lauren listened to my ideas about my hair and makeup, added her own flawless style, and delivered 100%! My hair is very stubborn and does not usually hold a style for longer than an hour or so. Lauren was able to make both my hair and makeup last perfectly through my whole wedding day. That means that everything stayed through an outdoor ceremony on a very windy day, lots of dancing, hugs, and hours of rushing around. I am thoroughly impressed and would absolutely recommend BlendVixen to anyone!

Lauryn was fabulous! She did both my hair and makeup for my wedding. I painted a vision of what I was looking for an Lauryn was able to achieve that and more! I absolutely loved my hair as she did soft waves and a discrete waterfall braid in the back. My makeup was soft and natural looking, not too over done. It looked great in pictures and lasted throughout the night. I felt beautiful and on top of the world when she was done with me. Lauryn was professional and hit it off with the rest of my bridal party. She made all of us comfortbale and relaxed. I wish she could do my hair and makeup on the daily!

Make up was done for my daughters wedding and I haven't looked as good before or after! I was actually looking at the pictures the other day and thinking I need her to do my makeup again!!! I did not look over done but really at my best and lasted all day and through the night. The day you want to look your best and I did! She made me feel special and who doesn't want that for a special event!!

I hardly ever go out with my hubby so on a special night out I wanted to look extra sexy. Dark circles and a sleepy dry face I figured not too much could be done lol. I was way wrong Lauryn made me look amazing I mean amazing!!!! I never felt so sexy yet so natural. I had glowing skin and amazing eyes. Highly recommend her. That night I had so many compliments. She was so sweet and didn't take forever to complete my look. She knew what I wanted and gave it to me 100 percent. I couldn't be any happier.

For my wedding I hired BlendVixen Makeup Artistry. I contacted Lauryn via email and received an amazingly fast response. Other makeup artists I attempted to contact took as long as 4 days to get back to me. Which, when planning a wedding, 4 days may as well have been a century. We set up a trial and I was immediately blown away. Not only with her remarkable talent but she was easy to talk to and listened to exactly what I wanted. Lauryn made me feel at ease and I knew I was making the right choice when I hired her. My mother in-law, who was at the trial decided that as a little wedding gift, she'd pay to have all 5 of my bridesmaids makeup done as well.

On the day of my wedding Lauryn was on time, prepared and was genuinely excited and interested in the work she was doing. On her own, she did the makeup for 6 women all with slightly different looks. She didn't rush, she was aware of the time and didn't have to be told to "move it along". Everyone was ready to go for pictures. She even did my mothers make up at no additional charge.

Before everyone walked down the aisle Lauryn went up to everyone and double checked everyones make up. All of the make up had stayed put. Even my mother's who had been crying ALL DAY.

Overall Lauryn was kind, professional, efficent and a blast to have working for me on my special day. My maid of honor was so impressed she hired Lauryn on the spot to do her makeup on her wedding day. Another bridesmaid hired her to do her daughters makeup for her sweet sixteen. That, is how talented Lauryn is. Her work speaks for itself. But, besides that she's makes you laugh and puts your mind at ease and is patient -answering the 1 million questions I, and everyone else had.

I told Lauryn if I ever win the lottery I'd hire her to do my makeup everyday. But, for now I just settle for special occasions.
