Blair is the owner and Master Certified Wedding Planner at Blair Bear Weddings & Events. We're based in North Alabama but we are passport ready to travel across the U.S. to help coordinate weddings for those in love. Blair works closely with each couple throughout the wedding planning process. We ensure that your dream wedding is brought to life with a rehearsal, ceremony, and reception that are tailored to meet your needs.

Full Flair Planning

The Full Flair Package is packed with everything you need! This all-inclusive package is designed to assist couples 6-12 months before their wedding date. For busy couples who need help creating their dream wedding but may not have time to execute their vision while keeping their day job. This packages gives you peace of mind knowing that your Master Certified Wedding Planner will help you make the best choices along the way.

Personal Flair Planning

The Personal Flair Package is designed to assist couples 5 - 2 months before their wedding date (the busiest time). You have the majority of things figured out allowing you and your fiance to be your own personal planning team but you need help with things like budgeting and design.

Big Day Flair Coordination

The Big Day Package is designed to assist couples 2 months before the wedding date who have completed their wedding plans and want a Master Certified Wedding Planner to coordinate and execute these plans on the 'Day of" their wedding. We will manage your Big Day and help tie up any loose ends.

Wherever You Are Flair

The Wherever You Are Flair Package is for a small wedding ceremony for under 50 guests who will be physically distanced and everyone will be asked to wear a mask. We can live-stream your ceremony for those who can’t be in attendance so they can watch wherever they are.

Now & Later Flair

The Now & Later Flair Package includes a small wedding ceremony now and then a full wedding reception later on the couple's 1 year anniversary. The ceremony will be for under 50 guests who will be physically distanced and everyone will be asked to wear a mask.
