Courtney (DJ M.I.L.) is a seasoned sports music & live event presentation executive who has performed at a high level as: Music Director, Consultant, Coordinator, Curator and DJ throughout his 20+ year career. He has provided music direction, programming, consulting and DJ services for global sports, media and entertainment brands.
Courtney currently serves as Music Director at BSE Global (Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment) where he is responsible for in game music elements at Brooklyn Nets and NY Liberty games at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Before coming to Brooklyn, Courtney served as an Associate Music Director at Madison Square Garden for 10 seasons, where he provided in game music for the NY Knicks, NY Rangers and NY Liberty at Madison Square Garden.
Courtney also serves as a Music Consultant for the National Basketball Association (NBA,) where he travels the world performing in countries such as: China, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Italy and the United Kingdom; playing music at international contests for NBA Global Games; domestically, at NBA All-Star, NBA 2K League, Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinement Ceremonies and NBA Draft events. Courtney played an essential role during the 2019-20 NBA Restart in Orlando, Florida; as Lead Music Coordinator, where he programmed and played music for nationally televised scrimmages, regular season games, playoffs, conference finals and the NBA Finals.
Courtney remains passionate about creating lasting memories for his wedding clients, as this is where it all began for him and founding The Big Man Entertainment Group in 2003.
Jason Negron is a seasoned event MC, with over 15 years of experience. Jason specializes in hosting corporate events, sporting events, banquets, conferences, weddings & Mitzvahs. He is a versatile MC who can transform any event, into the party of the year!
Jason can adapt to any crowd, regardless of age, gender, demographic or function. His personality & stage presence has fans & clients craving for more.
Past & current clients include NBA, NHL, WNBA, ESPN, 2kLeague, Jordan Brand, Foot Locker, G Shock, Hard Rock International, NASCAR, Premier Lacross League, Gatorade, Advertising Weekly, ASICS and much more.
Eli is more than just an Emcee and Disc Jockey, he is fully immersed in the culture of entertainment and not only performs as a DJ but is also a well known Bboy and breakdancer in the tricity breakdancing scene.
Taking his love for music and dance he brought his passions to the classroom and also teaches the art of dance, coupled with his formal education on the subject, to help local kids and parents reach their dance and health goals. As a father Eli is passionate about kids and has an ear for what is cool and appropriate for everyone and has hosted an array of parties from all ages to all sorts of functions. As things change in the face of the current pandemic he has taken his skills to a virtual interface and has adapted new ways to bring the party to you in the safest ways possible.
