We planned a serious DIY wedding. We had an extremely tight budget, but wanted to see if we could do more than cake and punch for the reception. Al Anderson came to the rescue! My bride and groom love southern comfort food and were delighted with the spicy jerk chicken, meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, mac and cheese food that was available. We contracted with Al to provide food for 110 guests. Due to budget constraints, we picked up the food. Al gave us directions on who to keep the food hot until serving.
The food was ready on time; it was delicious; and it was plentiful!
Thank you to Al for allowing us to have a beautiful sit down meal for our reception!
