Hello my name is Audrey and I am an Event Specialist at Santa Anita Banquets, I have over a decade of experience and I strive to be the best. We work hard to make every event special for our clients. My team and I work very hard so our clients walk away with great memories. We express our creative side by incorporating their ideas and concepts, but yet staying in their budget. I'm responsible for planning once in a lifetime events so I understand, respect and honor my client's wishes and dreams.

I would like to introduce to you to our newly remodeled brand new hall located in Ontario. The 4,000 square foot ground floor space is a Victorian Style venue that has a modern look and seats up to 150 guests comfortably. Our Package will provide you with all the necessities to enjoy a stress-free day. This package includes a delicious organic gourmet meal, great customer service from our wonderful staff, set-up and clean up, and so much more. If the Package does not seem right for you, we also have the Hall Rental at an affordable price. With our rental, you bring in your own caterer and it gives you all the basics to create your own event from scratch. As you can see, we have a variety of options here at The Beverly Banquets. I had my 10 year reunion at Beverly Banquets on 7/25/15 and it turned out to be absolutely amazing. Audrey is very professional, so helpful, and did such a great job decorating the venue. The venue alone is so elegant and beautiful. We got endless compliments from the guests. Highly recommend this hall. The staff is on point and work hard. Great price for all that you get for it. I've seen many venues in the Inland Empire, nothing compares to the unique, fresh, elegant atmosphere that you get here.

My wedding on 7/3/15 was amazing! Audrey helped me achieve everything I wanted for my wedding. Very affordable and the venue is beautiful especially when Audrey adds her decorations.

I had a reception here that I am told was off the chain on 5/8/15. The most honest review is by those who attended and I can assure you everyone had a great time. I received compliments throughout the night. Everything turned out great due to Audrey, Joyce and staff. We had a great turnout and everything went smoothly. Several people have contacted me and told me how much fun they all had! The food was excellent, the DJ was rocking and the bar was flowing! I would not hesitate to hold another event here. My friends also said if they were looking for a venue they would consider this a place to host their event. My main concern was parking but I had 150 people and I didn't hear anyone complain about the parking so that was a relief to me as well. Audrey and Joyce thank you again for making my special evening happen without any issues!

The Beverly banquet hall was awesome. We had a wedding guest list of 150 people so the place was perfect. The decor and food was superb.

Canceled Sweet 16

Dear Better Business Bureau,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Beverly Banquets located at 112 S Euclid Ave, Ontario, CA 91762. We booked their venue for our daughter's Sweet 16 birthday party and paid a total of $7,560. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 county restrictions, the event was canceled a week before it was scheduled to take place. We reached an agreement with the manager at that time, Tara, to reschedule the event for the following spring.

Despite numerous attempts over the past two years to reschedule the event and resolve the issue, we have been met with unresponsiveness and false information from the new management. Initially, Manager Claudia promised to investigate our case but then stopped answering our calls and blocked our number. When contacted from a different phone, she falsely claimed that the business had been sold and closed, which was not the case as the venue continues to host events.

Our family is heartbroken, and my daughter's Sweet 16 was ruined due to this negligence and lack of professionalism. We have been trying to get this matter resolved for years and simply request a full refund of $7,560.

We appreciate your assistance in this matter and hope for a resolution soon.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!
If i could give negative ratings I would. What should have been a easy and happy wedding planning, was turned into a nightmare and losts of tears and loss of money. I repeatedly spoke to both Audrey and her daughter regarding my concerns about rescheduling for family illness as my grandmother was terminal for what would have been 2 years prior to what would have been our wedding date. She constantly "reassured" me that if anything were to happen and we needed to reschedule that we can do so, just let her know and we would have no problem. So as we prepared for our happy wedding, we had to postpone due to the death of my beloved grandmother a month before our wedding. Not only were we devestated for the loss of grandmother but were heartbroken for not being able to wed. What made matters worse was that Audrey never responded to our phone calls and when my fiance finally got in touch with her, she refused to reschedule, and wanted to charge us another $2,000 for the reschedule (we had already paid $1500 for a deposit), and then when he disagreed, she then threatened him, that she would have the owner sue us for not paying, and/or the additional fee for rescheduling and/or a cancellation fee when we refused to pay. It has not been a year since my grandmothers death, and I am still mourning and we decided to call it a loss, as we have been through hell with this woman and with the loss of our loved one. How can she be sold cold hearted! I have witnesses to her repeatably telling me that we have no problem with anything that comes with my grandmother. If it would not make me cry every time I think of it, I would take her to court. Please be wary and DO NOT use this horrid person. This facility was not rented for a wedding, but for a 50th birthday party on 12/19/1915.
Audrey is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She will go as far as to hang the telephone up on you if you question her. The restrooms smell of urine, the chairs are damaged with foam exposed, the refrigerator does not get cold and there is exposed wiring, I would put her along side of a scam artist and please don't look for a deposit return because it doesn't happen.
