Betty J's Florist created the most beautiful flowers for our daughter's wedding. The birdcage arrangements for the reception tables were exquisite. The guests commented how beautiful they were. We would recommend Betty J's Florist to anyone needing that special touch for a special event.

Betty J's provided simply beautiful flowers for my wedding. The arrangements were full, and filled with flowers (as opposed to fillers), and everyone loved them. They arrived on time, and stayed to decorate the cake with flowers (even though the bakery delivered the cake late). I am 100% satisfied!

Betty J's did an absolute stunning job on our bouquets and arrangements. Rilla and her staff were very personable, attentive to our ideas and developed beautiful results. Guests still comment on how unique the arrangements were. At the 11th hour when another vendor was unable to deliver our arbor, Betty J's came through with a last minute request to find silk ficus trees for our ceremony.
My only concern is a small one, but worth mentioning. I wanted black bacarra roses and was not made aware ahead of time that they were not available; instead a very close substitute in the same family called black magic was used. But I didn't know anything about it until I saw our bouqets on wedding day and could tell these magic roses were not as dark as the bacarra roses. It's not that they were substituted that bothered me; it's that I wasn't told ahead of time before day of wedding when I first saw them and noticed the color was slightly different. Still, I would highly highly recommend the folks at Betty J's to any bride and plan to use them for all our family's flower needs. Thank you Rilla!

I went in for a bridal consultation & came up with arrangements which were within my budget to include a variety of flowers, esp roses. Services were paid for in full. I went to pick up the arrangements the day before the wedding like agreed upon and was told by the florist they would deliver my flowers to the ceremony free of charge because they were afraid they would not keep. I agreed. The day of my wedding the flowers were at the location but THEY WERE NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! The groomsmen were to have roses with a purple status, instead had a purple status which is a filler flower. My flowers did not have the roses I paid for & was extremely small. The purple status were dark and should have been lavender. My MOH flowers were carnations & should have been roses. It was my wedding day and I didn't want to deal with it than. I called the florist the Monday after was hung up on 3 times. Was told by Maribeth that did not have my contract. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I warn anyone considering them to find another florist!

Funny how I had similar experiences as a few below! Day of wedding my flowers were nothing that I ordered! Gave them 5 hrs to fix it and no call back nothing. So unprofessional being hung up on several times, lied to about the refund and totally rude! I could say a million more negative things about my experience with them. I would never recommend them to anyone!!
