BethMichaels Events made my birthday an awesome experience. My birthday was well planned,I love the choice of colours used for my decor,they were right at the venue on time,The Menu was fantastic and above all they gave me a good lasting experience. Thank u BethMichaels for everything.!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL!

I booked her for my wedding, BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE:

-She often goes back to the payment portal that she uses for her customers to increase her price, and change the services she will provide without informing the customer.

-Prior to the wedding, we discussed that she will have 1 hour to break down and remove all her decorations from the venue. My wedding ended earlier than expected and I kept calling and texting her, she stopped picking up my calls. She sent her assistants to arrive 30minutes before the end of my contract with venue to begin break down. When I asked her assistant to call her (because she was not picking up my calls/or responding to my texts anymore) she answered and I reminded her of her breakdown time and she said that she can not finish the break down in 1 hour and she needs at least 3-4hours (which was not what we initially agreed upon).

In the end, the venue charged me extra fees because her assistants showed up 30minutes before the end of my contract with the venue to remove the decorations and stayed longer (outside of my contracted venue hours to complete the job)

SHE IS VERY EXPENSIVE, AND THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL VENDOR I had on my wedding day.

Please save yourself the DISAPPOINTMENT, waste of money by finding a different vendor.
