Although we did not get to use the transportation services that we had originally purchased (limo from Condado to El Morro for bride & bridal party) and intended to add (bus for all our guests with a 1h guided tour of San Juan) due to the aftermath of the hurricanes this Fall, the transportation company Bespoke Lifestyle Management has proven itself very professional, proactive, creative, flexible, prompt and effective in regard to communication, while helping us to organize a destination wedding for international guests, who speak a multitude of different languages. Even though we were forced to cancel our wedding in Purto Rico and to relocate to Miami, FL, I am convinced that we would have been fully satisfied with BLM! As is, despite their personal and professional struggles in relation to Hurricanes Irma and Maria, the company was very understanding of our situation and refunded every penny without hesitation! I hope that we will be able to work with them in the future...maybe for a destination vow renewal in 25 years :)

Jamie was one of the most valuable assets that we had while in Puerto Rico. He provided us with transportation from Fajardo to Old San Juan and then back to to Fajardo many hours later, all while accommodating our every need including picking up an additional guest from the airport. While at the airport one of our guests got off the shuttle and was lost due to the fact that his phone was left on the shuttle. Jamie circled the airport for over an hour until we were able to locate our lost guest all the time reassuring me that it was not a problem and that it was his pleasure to assist us. I cannot thank Jamie enough for his great service and cordial demeanor. His response to any request was anything you want, and he lived up to that statement. I truly can't say enough about how great Jamie's service was.
Following the wedding Bespoke took us zip lining. All transportation services were prompt on time and very friendly. The prices were fair and the company that runs the zip line we were taken to were very entertaining and really made it a great experience for all of our guests.
The final excursion we did with bespoke was the bio-luminescent bay tour. The company was the only one with glass bottomed kayaks and I assure you this is an experience that you do not want to miss. It was one of the most amazing and beautiful things I have ever seen in nature. Because of the weight limit for the glass bottom kayaks a few of my guests were not going to be able to go, but Jamie stepped in and made arrangement with another company to have my overweight guests go on the tour as well!
If I ever return to Puerto Rico the first person I will be calling to aid in my planning will be Jamie.

From beginning to end process I felt the staff and company were very professional. I could not have asked for a smoother transition from one point to the next. I would definitely use their services again and recommend for anyone to use them they are fantastic !

Look, if you're getting married in PR and you don't use Jaime, there's no one to blame but yourself if there's a problem. He and his team are top notch and responsive. We used him to pick up U.S. And guests at the airport (after a hurricane no less), drive guests between hotels and for several excursions. He's just awesome and super friendly!!!

WOW...just wow! Bespoke is every bit of amazing. We had about 70 guests in San Juan for our wedding so we were all over the place. Jaime and his team handled everything! He was always around....I don't know how he does it! He took us all the way to Fajardo to see the bioluminescents, took us to and from the airport, shuttled our group around all week, and handled the transportation for all guests to and from the wedding ceremony. Our trip would not have been so amazing if it were not for Jaime and his team. I believe it is a family owned business but I can honestly say he treated us like family. Let Bespoke handle all of your needs...you won't regret it! They will be my first phone call on my next trip to PR!

Chamil & Jaime went above and beyond the call of duty, even to the point of helping us locate a florist for our wedding. They were so pleasant and easy to communicate with and provided superb service at a great price! We would highly recommend Bespoke!
