I give Ben & Jerry's of Kirkland, WA the highest possible endorsement!

My husband and I absolutely love ice cream, so we approached Ben & Jerry's in Kirkland to see if they'd be willing to make our cake. The shop was a dream to work with: flexible, responsive, detailed, and eager to make our cake meet our dreams! A few things I especially appreciated:

1. We love cookies and cream ice cream. The closest flavor Ben and Jerry's offers is milk and cookies, but neither of us loves this flavor. B&J’s modified its flavor to make it closer to cookies and cream. They were nailed it - it was exceptional!

2. B&J’s worked directly with our venue to ensure the cake would be stored at exactly the right temperature and taken out of the freezer at the exact right time to begin thawing. B&J’s took charge and “just made everything work” from our perspective (stress-free), even offering to store the cake at B&J’s until the ceremony started, and to deliver it at the last minute to prevent melting. Everything worked out beautifully thanks to B&J’s care and attention.

3. The cake decor was stunning – one of the prettiest wedding cakes I’ve ever seen. Absolute perfection!

4. At no extra cost, B&J’s was able to make two mini cakes to accompany the big cake - a small, dairy free cake, and a small gluten free cake. These were served to our guests with dietary restrictions.

5. The taste was unbeatable! Many guests commented that this was the best wedding cake they'd ever eaten. We agreed! We picked two flavors per layer, for a total of 6 flavors, and each layer was phenomenal. B&J’s helped us ensure that each layer was both well paired in flavor, but also architecturally sturdy and stable (ex: softer flavors on top layer).

Having had this experience, I can’t recommend Ben & Jerry’s highly enough. I’m grateful for the experience and final product. THANK YOU!

Jen came out to our office to do an ice cream sundae party for our employees who deserved a much needed break during tax season. Ben and Jerry's ice cream plus all the great toppings, what more do you have to say! It was delicous and they took care of everything. The employees really enjoyed this special treat.
