She was incredibly responsive in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. And most importantly, she made everything perfect on the day of so that my mother and I did not have to worry about a thing!

Tori Oetken and Bella Victoria Events truly made our wedding so special. From the moment we first met, Ryan and I could tell Tori was extremely detail oriented and had a vision for what we wanted—classic, elegant, shabby-chic. Tori always made time to meet up or answer a text message (even late at night) to answer even the smallest of questions. They always say planning a wedding can be a fun and stressful time, but I never really felt the stressed part. With Ryan and my busy schedules, we appreciated how organized Tori was with her planning and timelines, so we were able to stay on track with the things we need to do as a couple to help. She was extremely respectful of our budget and was also able to re-arrange the budget for important details we wanted without cutting corners. Who knew fake eucalyptus could look so real?!
Tori’s main role for us as a wedding planner was with her décor and day of event planning. She was really able to bring my Pinterest board to life with her inventory. As a bride, I didn’t want to buy a lot of mason jars, ribbon, or vases that I had no intention of using again. I was able to go and see all the items Tori had to really envision the décor in the space, which was extremely helpful. With our other vendors, she was able to follow up with them before the wedding to discuss any last minute details, which ultimately took any last minute headaches away from me. I could enjoy the time before my wedding as a bride-to-be. On the day of the event, Tori had a VERY detailed timeline of the day and exactly where people were supposed to be at what time. She let me have my day as a bride with my family and friends, and not as a bridezilla.
We received an outpouring of compliments on the décor and the wedding venue. We have had several friends host their wedding receptions in the same space as ours, but no one, not even us, had ever seen it decorated like that! I could picture the space before, but it looked even better than I imagined.

The entire process is chaotic, confusing and just downright stressful for both bride and groom. Tori and her team ARE THE REASON my wife and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding day and enjoy the event rather than worry about the details. Tori contacted all of our vendors well in advance and put together a "day of" schedule that was complete and well thought out. Also, should one of your vendors go rouge, decide to work on their own time frame, and/or not honor their contract, Tori and her team will handle it to make sure you are clueless and stress free as humanly possible. Her priceless qualities also include being a body guard at your ceremony so you can eat, beverage management (a.k.a. making sure your glass is always full!) and having an amazing eye for layout, timing and overall design ideas. By the time we were married, Tori was more like family than 1/2 the people we invited. She took a personal interests in our story and our ideas and made it happen. I cannot begin to recommend Tori and Bella Victoria to help you plan your wedding day and other special events. There is absolutely nowhere else the value of your dollar will be more appreciated than with Tori and her team. Thank you so so much for allowing Ashley and I to enjoy our day, make memories we'll never forget and making sure we got to do those things while never having a worry in our mind. You were absolutely amazing and I am 1000% positive there is no one in the business better than Tori and her team at Bella Victoria!

I cannot say enough good things about Tori and Sarah. I was overwhelmed to say the least, until these two came to the rescue. Tori contacted all of my vendors individually to get everyone on the same page, came up with a wedding day timeline, helped me through some of the small decisions I had been struggling with, and she did also of this in under two weeks. They kept me calm on the entire wedding weekend, and helped me finally relax on my big day. I would recommend her to anyone. She will take care of you like you are her family. Thanks again!!!!!
