When I was looking for wedding photographer I was so stressed out! I wanted someone who understood my husband and I, I wanted someone to capture the moments naturally, and was going to make this happiest day of my life memorable. While I was looking there were so many photographers to choose from, I would reach out, some would respond.... some wouldn't. A couple asked for a phone call to ask what I was looking for in a photographer, when the day was, how many people, the whole thing. A day later they would send me the quote..... these quotes were not what I was expecting for the "package" I was getting. Starting quotes were at $4,500. Which I get it, photographers have to charge for all the work they put in and equipment, ect. But these were companies or people that worked for organizations that had several photographers and did other party uses too. So when I was ranting at work one day, my co-worker said "well, my wife is actually getting back into photography and is going to be launching her wedding site soon, why not take a look at it." So I took all the help I could, I looked at her site, fell in love with her work and contacted her the next day!
What made Becca stand out was that once you reached out to her she responded via email within 24hours, she wanted to set up a phone call for the initial meeting to just get to know myself and the person I was marrying. This made our relationship feel like it was the most important thing to her. Becca actually cared. She didn't bring up the budget, she didn't bring up the amount of people, the venue, other people I was working with, etc. She simply asked about us. How we met, how he purposed, why I love him, what are my special wants for the wedding, what are the biggest moments I want captured, she made the meeting about Myself and my now husband. She then talked about how she got into photography, her passion for it, what she wants for her clients to get out of the experience, and how she would truly love to work with us. After all that she said she send us her packages, we can look them over then if we decide to go with her she would love to meet in person over some coffee! There was no pressure, she didn't mention price until we decided to go with her.
Becca made the process stress free, she would do monthly check ins- not for payment or major details but to make sure the bride was doing okay! and that if there was ANYTHING she could help with she would, she sent me a list of bakers for wedding cakes because I told her I was struggling with it! She just wanted us to go through this with as little stress as we can. She wants us to enjoy every moment of the planning even when it wasn't photographer related! She truly cares for her clients, and it showed. Now Becca's actual photography skills since that's probably what you are looking for in this long review! Becca is amazing. She captures every special moment you ask of her, she gets every moment with its natural touch. She didn't ask us to do any funny posses, say something funny before the picture. She just got the natural moment of the love between us. She took absolutely beautiful detail pictures of me dress, our rings, the boys getting ready, and the church my great grandfather helped build filled with all the people that were there to support us. And when it came to the dance party, cake cutting, bouquet toss, and exit, she did wonders!!! She captured details and moments I thought would be took fast to catch! She captured everyones smiling faces as they were dancing, there awesome dance moves! My Husband smashing cake in my face- unplanned!! Becca is top of the line. I can't say it enough. She truly cares. She has a true passion for her photography. I will, without a doubt use her again.
If you want a stress free wedding when it comes to capturing your special day, I would choose or at least contact and spend time talking with Becca. You will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend Becca for your photography needs. I would trust her with everyone I love and care about!

We cannot say enough good things about Becca and her photography. It was both of our first times being photographed and we couldn’t have been more nervous or awkward. Immediately she started guiding us on what to do, made us feel comfortable and put us at ease. And then came the beautiful photographs! We were moved by the moments she captured. There was attention to detail, beautiful scenery, and she captured moments that encapsulated our love. THEN she went and captured our engagement! When your being surprised with one of life's biggest moments, its amazing to know you had someone that went above and beyond to make sure it happened perfectly and helped with all the background details and handled anything unexpected that came up! You want Becca in your corner when it comes to these moments! She allowed us to have beautiful photographs that will forever capture our life's most important moments.

All I can say is WOW! When I was looking for a wedding photographer, Becca brought so much ease to the process. She listened to what was important to me, which was so nice after talking to some other photographers who kept pushing things I just wasn’t interested in, like a first look. I also was looking for an editing style that looked organic and not overedited, which Becca completely delivered on. If you are wanting a genuine, kind photographer at your wedding who will make you feel comfortable and overdeliver on your expectations, then you just found her. Becca Dietz is the best!!
