Beauty on Location did an AMAZING job for my wedding in April 2026. I was referred to BoL by my mother in law (who went to HS with Amy) and was so impressed. I was originally booked with a stylist, but ~6 months before my wedding I was informed she was no longer with the company. Amy called to let me know, was super professional, and offered me a free trial with a new artist. My new artist, Cheyenne, was a DREAM. She mentioned that she doesn't do makeup for as many weddings of late, but everyone in my bridal party loved her. She made everyone feel super comfortable, confident and beautiful on the inside out. BOL was amazing to work with! Erin was my lead makeup artist and I was beyond happy with my wedding day look! We had a makeup trial together a few months before the wedding so we can see what I liked and didn't. As someone who doesn't wear makeup often I was so happy with how natural I looked in my photos. My sister had Beauty on Location at her wedding in 2021, and they were one of my very first calls for my September 2024 wedding at Perona Farms. Amy and Bethany did an AMAZING job! All of the girls looked beautiful and our makeup lasted all night. I wanted to look like an elevated version of my natural self, and Amy totally delivered! We hired Beauty on Location NJ for our summer 2024 wedding. When I was looking for someone to do my makeup for our wedding day, I really wanted someone who could give me an elegant and soft bridal look. I was initially very nervous about hiring professional makeup for my wedding day because, since I no longer wear makeup regularly, I was worried that I would end up with a makeup look too dramatic, too thick/heavy feeling on my face and eyes, or unrecognizable as myself. I found Beauty on Location NJ and they seemed to offer exactly what I was looking for. I had my trial run with Holly and officially booked her the same day. Not only was the makeup exactly what I wanted, but she was so kind, a great listener, and eased all of my nerves about the wedding day.

On the day of the wedding, Holly was our lead artist and Anita was our second artist. They both did an amazing job. Holly had all of our notes from our trial and did an excellent job executing what I wanted, which was an elegant and sophisticated natural look with pink hues. During our trial, Holly had applied a half lash instead of a full because I had never worn them before and was sensitive to the feel of them. On the day of the wedding, however, even the half lash was bothering me and it was in my field of vision a bit, which I figured I could live with, but Holly insisted on making sure I was 100% comfortable. She went the extra mile to apply single lashes to the edges to make sure I would be comfortable. I ended up absolutely loving the single lashes look and she made it so it accentuated my lashes without overtaking my eyes or distracting from them. They were so comfortable that I accidentally forgot to take some of them off at the end of the night.

Everyone else in our party loved their makeup as well and thought the artists were very friendly and easy to talk to. In addition to the makeup being perfect, Holly did such a great job at helping me stay calm. She is so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. I was a ball of anxiety during the getting ready phase of the wedding, but she talked me through it and helped keep me sane. I would definitely recommend Beauty on Location to anyone in the area looking for bridal and wedding party makeup.

Beauty on location has been AMAZING for my wedding and wedding events. I worked with Cheyanne and Mahrukh for my wedding events and wedding day. They did a beautiful job on my makeup looks. Their makeup looked natural and gorgeous. They also did makeup for my grandmas, aunt and wedding party and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend beauty on location for wedding day makeup. They helped me figure out my vision and made me feel beautiful. I also was dancing and there were lots of happy tears, and my makeup stayed beautiful all nigh.
