Brittney seemed great up until the day of the wedding. She became very frazzled and was in tears at one point because she said she couldn't do my makeup while other people were talking in the same room. She needed quiet. I agreed and we went to the bathroom so she could collect herself. We then continued out in the main room. My makeup was too dark around my eyes and the false lashes she put on me didn't even last through the first look and pictures. This would've been fine. Because she told me she would stay to do touch-ups after the first look amd before the ceremony and asked for payment
So I paid her, then she bailed. Didn't leave eyelash glue or a way to stick them back on so I had to pull them off before the ceremony started and do my own eye makeup over again. On top of that, she didn't provide my matron of honor with lashes (which was paid for), my matron of honor also did her own makeup bc Brittany barely did anything. My mom (who I also paid for) didn't look like she was wearing anything and just looked pale. So we my sister and I did a quick makeup job on her prior to the ceremony and all 3 of my other bridesmaids lashes also fell off prior to the ceremony. I'm incredibly disappointed. And to top it all off, after I paid her and she left immediately, she wouldn't answer any phone calls or texts, wouldn't come back to fix her mistakes. Nothing, to this day she still hasn't reached out, apologized, offered a partial refund or any way of remedying the situation. I would NOT recommend Beautifully Bridal or Brittney individually. Very poor business practice and unprofessional at best. After spending $900 total. We expected a A LOT more than we received.
