Susie and her staff are a true talent. I knew I was in great hands but the result of my hair and makeup truly blew me away!! They made my bridesmaids look amazing, as well as my mother and mother in law. They were also able to do both of my flower girl’s hair at the last minute without hesitation. Thank you for making me look and feel like a princess on my wedding day!!

I just absolutely love Susie's professionalism and kindness. She applied the makeup for myself and my bridal party and we looked absolutely stunning! I do not wear makeup at all and she was great as she told me everything she was putting on my face and why. I will be a return customer for all my makeup needs in the future.

I found Beautiful by Susie on TheKnot.com when I went to search for Bethlehem-area hair and make-up services for my October 2013 wedding. I went to the salon to check it out before booking my wedding party just to check out the vibe, and found Susie and her staff to be extremely friendly and accommodating, and the salon adorable.

My hair and make-up trial went well, and they even offered to let me come back for a second hair trial to ensure I really loved the way I would look on my big day. I really got the impression that they want every bride who comes in to leave looking exactly like she pictured herself on her wedding day.

My 5 bridesmaids and I had our hair and make-up done at the salon on the wedding day, and we had it to ourselves for the whole morning. It was a fun, relaxing way to spend the morning of the wedding with my closest friends. Susie let us bring in and play my own favorite songs, breakfast for the girls, etc. I loved the way my hair and make-up looked that day, as did the rest of my bridal party. I would highly recommend this salon. They are caring, hard-working, and not to mention, very reasonably priced.

Susie saved my wedding...my other beautician cancelled at last minute and she saved the day, even though she had such a crazy schedule and it was only a few weeks before. She even fit me in for a consultation. I have since had my hair done by every stylist they have there and have NEVER been disappointed! She has the best music in her salon, too, as an added bonus.

Terrible customer service. I saw the good reviews and thought I would give this place a try. Her prices are a little high in comparison to some other salons. On top of charging for the day of the wedding, she charged me $75 for my trial. My trial run went well, however, that was about all. They were supposed to contact my bridesmaids to find out what they wanted done but never did. I had tried e-mailing them 2 weeks prior to the wedding to ask for my balance but no one responded. I waited a week and then called the salon. I asked for my balance and it was over $400. When I asked for the breakdown of what each girl owed, no one was able to give it to me. I ended up canceling a week before my wedding because after all of the hassle, I would rather give my money to someone else. They refused to give me any of the money I had already paid back (almost $300). I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially for a wedding.

I had tried extensively to book with Beautiful By Susie for My Wedding. Starting in January I called them, emailed them, sent them messages on facebook- did all of those several times. I received one response asking what I wanted-even though it was all detailed in my messages. Again I called, emailed, facebooked- no response. Until 4 months later when the messaged to see if anyone had gotten to me. When I stated that I no longer has any intent in using them due to their lack of communication they stated they changed locations-which is not true, and other excuses. None of which, even if they were true, would account for 4 months of lack of communication. That is not something anyone would want to deal with when planning a wedding. When you call their "wedding planner" the phone disconnects. If you try to just call the regular number, if by some grand luck you speak to a person the second you say wedding they transfer you to the wedding planner extension-that disconnects.
