Lido at BBQ Ranch is great! He was so helpful, his prices are great, and his service was beyond what I expected. Not to mention the food! The beef and chicken were juicy and tender. He provided the lemonade and tea for $0.75/person! I can't say enough about BBQ Ranch, they took the worry out of hiring a caterer! I didn't have to worry about paper plates, napkins, cups, ice, or utensils. They set up as quiet as a mouse, and I didn't even hear or see them leave. It was great! Thanks Lido!!!

Lido of BBQ Ranch is fantastic. He is friendly and easy to work with. Now the food, that's REALLY good. We had pulled pork, chicken breast, and beef brisket at our wedding, with salad, baked potatoes and ranch beans. Lido came by our house months before the wedding to help us with the tasting. Everything went off without a hitch the day of the wedding.

Our only qualm was that many of our guests (including ourselves) loved the food and wanted seconds Luckily there was plenty of food to go around. However, once the last guest had been served, the staff was served and the remainder of the food was packed up and whisked away. We've heard from several guests that they would've loved a second helping and we wish they could've had that chance.

Overall, they were great and we'd recommend them.
