They were very polite and helpful when calling with questions before booking. Once we booked the ride we ended up changing the hotel we were staying at a few weeks later. A quick phone call was all it took to update our destination and they were very nice about it. The driver was on time and very courteous. Even the guests commented on how nice he was!

Bayview Limo provided bridal party limos and guest shuttles for my wedding. Every one I encountered was very professional, courteous, and helpful. I had a lot of out of town guests, and two wedding venues, and Bayview Limo worked with me to coordinate three bridal party limos and two guest shuttles. The drivers were very nice and were where they needed to be at the right times. Everything went really well and I would definitely use Bayview Limo again.

The company was great. We used an Escalade for two different transportations at different times during the day. They allowed us to rent it for the two specific blocks and not for all day when we weren't using it which saved us money. We also rented a "party/safety" bus to take home our friends so they wouldn't have to drive. It fit 25 people and was very reasonably priced. The automobiles were clean both inside and out. The drivers were very professional and knew where to go and got us there quickly and on time. Overall very impressed with service.

Great service, great vehicles, great price. We planned to go to Golden Garden's for our photos before the ceremony, we found out, on our way, that there was a huge Honda rally going on down there and it would have taken us hours to get out of it. We would have missed our wedding! The driver of my husband's car and my driver communicated back and forth and ended up getting us to a different, beautiful location for our photos. They were just the most pleasant guys, even when I had my last-second anxiety attack in the back of the limo! :) We will hire them for all of our special occasions. They transported many of our family members on rehearsal night and the wedding night and they all raved about it.

The limousine was very nice and clean on the inside. We asked the driver to take us directly to our location since we had people meeting us there. As we left he went South when he should have gone North. When asked he said he was getting on the highway and everything was fine. We then continued to go the wrong direction, they highway he decided to get on was closed, and he went back through Seattle getting us stuck in traffic. Once we got out of traffic he went down the wrong road, causing us to go South again since it was a one-way road. One of our groomsmen had to give him directions to where we were going. We ended up being an hour late to meet the photographer. I was not impressed with the service and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Scheduling was easy, nice to get the 24 hour dispatch email notification, but what's the point if they can't show up when they contracted to. They offered two excuses, first the previous rental with a Microsoft exec ran longer than expected and then apparently they scheduled the driver to work the following day. They had no back up plan and showed zero interest in offering possible solutions to get our guests from the hotel they were staying at to the wedding venue. Eventually, after we suggested multiple possibilities, they sent a van with an office employee not a driver well over an hour late. He drove illegally on the shoulder of Interstate 5 and our guest had to help themselves in and out of the car, not even an opening of the door. Only 16 of our 75+ guests ended up being able to use the service as the others drove themselves defeating the purpose of getting the shuttle altogether. Not at all the experience that I wanted my guest to have or paid for them to get.
