From the get-go the staff at Bay Area Diamond Company were amazing. We met Christina the first time we went into the store who was so excited about helping us find exactly what we were looking for. She helped my fiance create the engagement ring of my dreams - Pink sapphire with a diamond halo and half pave of diamonds on the band. It's gorgeous and perfect for me! My fiance raves about her.

After the engagement, we went back in because she wanted to see it once it was on my finger and she loves the ring just as much as I do! I love how she's as excited about the ring/engagement as we are.

We went back to Bay Area and worked with Jerry to buy the wedding band to match. He was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience! He even followed it up our visit with a nice thank you card!

Such an amazing jewelry store! My fiance bought my engagement ring there (mostly because it's the closest jewelry store to where we live) and I have been nothing but pleased with everything. The collections they carry are exquisite and the quality is amazing. I absolutely love my ring. He started by picking a band and was able to choose a custom size and shape stone, that was made just for me (not something that he took from right out of the display).

After receiving my ring, I went back for the first time and fell in love with the staff. They are always extremely helpful and friendly and make it feel like home. Everyone is laid back and the atmosphere doesn't make you feel like you are surrounded by a sales team.

We have been working directly with Jerry, who has now helped us pick out my wedding band, my fiances wedding band, and even started a wish list so when my husband needs ideas for gifts in the future, he will know exactly what I like.

I was skeptical at first using this jewelry store because it' s not one that you hear of constantly on ads and commercials, but let me tell you...they are most likely a better option then any large well known chain Jewelers. Definitely stop in and check them out!
