Excellent service and even better food!

Barrack’s was absolutely great to work with and the food is delicious! All the stuff was so nice and polite! We heard nothing but praises over the food from our guests! So many people told us, “that was the best wedding food we have ever had”. Overall amazing service and I would recommend them to everyone looking for a catering!

Excellent Food & Amazing service

Best food, amazing service and so easy to work with! They not only catered my wedding and added things to my menu i wanted that they didn’t originally have on their menu but they lined up my table/chair rental, frozen margarita machine rentals and provided bartenders for the bar and set up my snack bar after the meal was done. Couldn’t imagine working with any other catering company!

I cannot say enough good things about Barracks Catering. From the moment we reached out to them until the end of our event, their communication and professionalism was top notch. I lost count at the number of compliments on the food for our sons wedding. Look no further than Barracks for catering in the Peoria area.

Stress-Free from Beginning to End

We used Barrack’s for our wedding catering at Trailside Event Center. Quality people, delicious food and awesome service. Everyone was very clear and easy to work with from the beginning. No surprises, TONS of compliments from guests about food and service- just an excellent experience overall!

The Best of the Best

Whether you are planning a wedding, organizing a corporate function, or planning a holiday party, when it comes to caterers, you will find none better! I have used Barrack's Cater inn for 20+ years now and have no complaints.

The food is top-notch. Barrack's is great at staying ahead of the curve on new fun edible trends, and at the same time serving tried and true favorites. Need ice sculptures or decorative carved fruit? They can do that too.

Many of their staff have been around for years if not decades. I have hired Barrack's for enough events, and attended enough others that I have gotten to know the staff. They are sometimes more fun to hang out with than the people at the event.

Lastly, I would like to say this. Besides the great food and service at Barrack's Cater Inn, you cannot beat the reputation and the decades of knowledge they bring with them. And if you ever get the pleasure of meeting Jim Barrack, the owner, you will see the 70+ years of family pride shine through.

My son's wedding

For my son's wedding, we did three events catered by Cater Inn. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and the staff is the best.

Dillon Wedding

What an amazing time we had. Barracks was wonderful to work with. We ordered the prime rib along with the Tuscan chicken… And what a meal. The guests loved the food and they start who served.
