Bar H Ranch is a working farm wedding venue in Leland, North Carolina, just minutes from Wilmington, NC, located in Brunswick County near the coast. Our setting combines the charm of a real farm—open pasture views with horses and cows, a pond-front ceremony option, and scenic outdoor space—with the convenience couples want for a smooth wedding weekend.

Our signature offering is the Weekend Wedding Experience on the Farm, designed to take the pressure off your timeline. Couples enjoy venue access from Saturday at 8:00 AM through Sunday at 12:00 PM, giving you time to decorate, welcome vendors at a comfortable pace, and clean up without staying up all night. Music ends at 10:00 PM, guests are off-site by 11:00 PM, and vendors may load out until midnight. If requested at the time of booking, your reservation can also include a Friday rehearsal/dry run, making it easier to finalize ceremony flow and reduce day-of stress.

Bar H Ranch includes on-site bathrooms (no restroom trailers needed), on-site parking, a dedicated bridal dressing room, and a separate groom hangout space. We also offer a catering kitchen to support your vendor team. Couples may choose from multiple ceremony locations, including two pergolas, a pond deck, or an indoor barn ceremony. For smaller, more intimate celebrations, a ceremony area near the pool is also available. Receptions can be held inside the barn or outdoors on the grounds.

We are a beer and wine only venue. Alcohol is not included in the rental rate. A staff bartender is available for an additional fee. Tables, chairs, flatware, china, and glassware are not included, allowing you to work with the rental vendor of your choice and customize your look.

For couples who want to stay on-site, we offer an optional Overnight Suite (sleeps up to 4) featuring a queen bed, a full-size Murphy bed, and a private bathroom. The Overnight Suite is included with our Friday–Sunday package when requested at booking, and is available as an add-on for Saturday–Sunday reservations.
